Positief: Netheid, personeel en service, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
We enjoyed the hotel, there's always positives and negatives:
breakfast very good
Staff very pleasant w the exception of the 2 morni g breakfast ladies, an older black woman and an asian woman. They werent rude, but very not interested in a "good morning" or even look at you. On the last day a young black woman, Dana i believe, was very sweet and cordial, said good morning and have a nice day.
Room was clean enough, but the carpet was filthy. From the time we showered and walked around in the room(without going anywhere else) our feet were black. Carpet cleaning needs to happen. Bed linens were very old. Heavy pilling actually scratched us. I turned the sheet over and it was better. The top blanket had rips.
Pool was a bit cloudy, and freezing. We were told that the heater was broken and there were no plans to fix it. Disappointing
Loved there were drawers in the bathroom!
The bed was actually comfortable as most hotel mattresses are not.
Seemed a lengthy process to check in, many mouse clicks and about 20 mi s per guest. We dont usually wait that long at other chains, perhaps its just your systems. It was for all of us as there were 3 ahead of me and only one associate at prime time
