'Positives: (i) Quite comfortable, and very clean rooms. (ii) Quiet, walking distance to the center of Zaros. (iii) the property had oudoor seating in a rather pleasant setting. (iv) Responsive and pleasant host. Accessible at all hours. Negatives: (i) I waited for hours in front of the main entrance for someone to let me in. Moreover, the telephone number provided by Expedia to contact the host is incorrect. Only when I went nextdoor did I find a working contact number for the host pasted on...

'Perfect hotel, net gerenoveerd, kamers comfortabel, modern en schoon. Hotelterrein met veel groen, ligbedden, hangmatten en een prachtig zwembad. Rustige ligging, gezellige bar en een uitstekend restaurant. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, altijd behulpzaam. Uitstekende prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Het gebied is niet erg toeristisch, maar er zijn bijzondere opgravingen, prachtige wandelingen en de zuidkust is ook met een huurauto te bereiken.'

'We arrived after a late flight into Heraklion, the welcome was warm with the offer of a cold welcome beer. The room was more than we expected woth plenty of space and good amenities. Morning arrived and we had a fabulous breakfast out on the deck admiring the view over the valley. We only spent a night here bit wish we could have had 1 more. Highly reccomended'
