The home was clean and had everything you needed for your stay and we even walked in to see a lovely pumpkin cake on the table for us which was delicious! 'Owner was easy to communicate with, the property was beautiful and set away from it all; but still 15-20 minutes from downtown Brenham. Kids were able to roam, check out the livestock, fish, and relax at the pool. Plenty of room to grill and cook, all while relaxing at the end of baseball tournament games. Will definitely be making a returning booking.'

'I have to travel to Brenham for work quite often. My go to place to stay is Rockin Star Ranch. I can't say enough about the beauty and tranquility of this place. To be honest, it's therapeutic. The cabins are immaculate, the animals are everywhere, and Darrell is an incredible host. I'm very thankful that i found this place.'

'We are only 2 hours away from Rockin Star, but this was just far enough to get out of the city & enjoy the quiet & slower pace of the hill country. We enjoyed the pool each evening & it was very relaxing. Darrell Sr & Jr were super friendly & helpful with the ins & outs of the property, and Darrell Sr showed us around the property. We were just there for a weekend getaway, but it’s a great place for a family reunion or wedding. '

'Very nice ranch, loved the set up of the cabin…a bit cold (comforter very thin) but not horrible! However, upon arriving I was not greeted or treated as a welcomed customer. I was two steps away from my car when the employee came out and asked my name, and told me the code to my cabin.
