Upon entry, you'll feel the total welcoming ambiance of this magnificent home-away-from-home that somehow blends beautiful modern luxury with enduring authentic rustic charm! The panoramic views are breathtaking both inside and out! Step out onto the multiple decks where you can see the slopes in the winter and nature's foliage the rest of the year.

We offer a contactless entry through a keypad door lock and security system.



The neighborhood is simply breathtaking! You are right on the mountain with access to all types of winter and summer activities.


Guest will be able to access all spaces, except for you 1 locked owner/supply closet.

Check out time is 10AM

Early check in and Late check out requests are possible depending on our cleaner's approval and with a fee. Please make sure to reach out to us atleast a day prior to arrival and departure.

Guests will enter on the 2nd floor, which is the main floor and features 1 powder room, the kitchen, dining room, and living room. Off of the living room is the deck where the grill can be found.

In the basement/game room, guests will find 4 full beds in the bunkbed sets, in addition to a queen-sized pull out sofa in the main part of the basement. There is a bathroom featuring a shower, plenty of space for activity, in addition to a fooseball table and backdoor access to nearby ski trails.

The top floor features a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The primary features not only a king bed, but a twin bed with a twin pull-out trundle, and a private deck.

The 1st guest bedroom sleeps 2 on a queen, and shares the second bathroom with the 3rd guest bedroom, which also features a queen in addition to a twin bed with a pull-out trundle.

Parking enough for 1 vehicle inside garage and 1 vehicle in driveway. There is limited overflow parking in the cul-de-sac in which the unit is situated. A large overflow lot is accessible to guests just across from the entry gates to the community. Please note that street parking and/or parking in neighbors' drivways or property is strictly prohibited by the HOA and violators will be fined accordingly. Violators may also be at risk of towing.

Enjoyed making a family wedding at Seven Spring into a weekend event with lodging for the immediate family. This was a great location to spend our down time. Shuttle was great to get to the lodge and the other weekend events. Would highly recommend.

Holiday Gathering
One of the best features of the condo was the size. It accommodated a lot of people which worked out very well. The location was also a plus. The manager was always responsive with questions and requests. Areas of improvement would be to have working lights in master closets and deck; batteries in bedroom tv remotes; a night stand in guest room and extra one in master; more flatware; a few kitchen essentials like foil and wrap; and a few toiletries. We enjoyed our trip and these items would make it more comfortable.

Overall experience was good. Plenty of room for our party of 11. Good things,... checkin was easy, communication with vrbo during stay was fast and helpful. Kitchen cookware in good shape. Coffee bar offerings was nice! Some things to consider... kitchen could have been stalked better in terms of hand towels, silverware and basic supplies like foil, Saran wrap, plastic storage containers for leftovers. Bathrooms missing hand towels, tissues. And might suggest providing some travel immenities such as soaps, shampoos, toothpaste. Would be nice to provide pool towels for summer rentals. Luckily we planned accordingly. Info booklet could use instructions on how to use tvs... Had trouble getting access between 3 clickers. Overall had great visit. Thanks for sharing your space!!!

Well stocked kitchen, everything you need and more. The ski lift in the neighbor is not running at this time, so made getting from skiing to townhome somewhat difficult, no ski in. Ski out was good.

Our group enjoyed the place. Everyone commented how comfortable the beds were. We enjoyed our stay. The shuttle was great to the lodge for the teenagers. The neighborhood was a great location to ski even when the slope behind us was not open. Easy drive to the top (in the neighborhood) to drop off/pick up. We’ll be back.

Location is good and beautiful perfect for vacation but the property is small not suitable for large group. It is 3 bedroom condo with finished basement. They just added multiple bunks to make it for larger group. Will not recommend.

The best thing about this property was the location. This is suppose to be a premier property, didn't live up to it. We have been renting vacation home properties for over 20 years and never gave a bad review, that changed with this one. Carpet tack strips visible between kitchen and Living/Dining Room causing cuts on 1 kid and 2 adults. eventually covered them with runners from different room. The top floor was hot the middle floor was comfortable and the basement was cold, couldn't get the bottom floor above 61 degrees. Front door was very hard to close and gate code sometimes worked sometimes it didn't. The water in the kitchen was scalding again the location was great but it was a very uncomfortable stay especially with the heating issues.

Awesome location but small.
I will give 5* for the location and cleanliness but it's definitely very small for 27, the capacity that was mentioned. We were 20 and felt we were packed. It might be good for a group of school kids etc who just wants to be there for bed and breakfast but staying there to relax is a no for more than 15 people. I would rent again only if we were only less than 15.

My sister rented down the road for half the cost and bigger place. We ended up having the family reunion at her condo instead. The cleaning fee was outrageous and you had to do a lot of it prior to leaving. The condo is better for winter rental compared to summer.

While the unit “appeared” as in the photographs., looks can be deceiving. There were dirty napkins under tables on the main floor and the lower level. It gave the impression that whoever cleaned the condo gave it a cursory glance and decided it looked clean enough. Also the glassware was frighteningly dangerous. Perhaps previous renters used plastic glasses exclusively ? There were wine glasses with major cracks and shorter highball glasses with large chips out of the rims. Thankfully, only the adults in our group were using the real ones. In addition, the oven needed cleaned so that using it to prepare meals meant the smoke alarm ringing incessantly. The only way to counteract that was to keep both the front and back door open. The peeling paint on the deck could be hazardous if there are younger children with you. The location and number of beds were great. However, 27 people would be quite compact.

Enjoyable weekend getaway
My adult siblings and our family get together every year for a weekend getaway and this house was perfect. The house was able to accomodate 8 adults and 7 kids ranging from age 2-13 easily. The resort offers a 24/7 shuttle which made getting to the pool and the lodge a breeze. We didn't need anything from the owners during our trip, but communication before the trip was excellent and the owners provide a binder that basically answered all the questions we had about the property and resort.

Perfect for Family Ski Trip
We really enjoyed our stay on this property. It was a few feet away from the ski trail and the kids could come in and out as they pleased. No more driving to the resort and hoping for a parking spot! The kids took full advantage of the basement while the parents slept upstairs. It was clean and well set up for the meals we did make. Parking was tight but that wasn’t a big deal. I would rent this unit again. It was very reasonably priced.
