'we visited Paris for 3 days, 2 nights. At arrival we contacted the owner and he immediately responded and a friend of him was there within 5 min to open the door. Good explanation about the house rules in English and during our stay we could ask all questions to the owner if needed. The bed was perfect and clean; bathroom could use a bit more cleaning in the corners :-). Shower was very strong and nicely warm. During the night it was very silent and with the shutters down dark as well, so...

'I stayed with my mother and daughter at this perfectly located flat. The host is incredibly responsive and kind. The flat is located adjacent to a cobblestone lined street with lovely shops and great restaurants. Easy Uber to all the main sites in Paris. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and recommend this flat to anyone traveling to Paris. '

'Awesome apartment in a less touristy part of Paris. Loved the local bakeries, bistros and markets within a few steps out the front door. Subway is less than a block if you want to head down to the more touristy parts or to CDG.As a tall person, I bumped my head a couple times due to the low ceilings, but I also understand this is a very old structure and things aren't built like today.Neighborhood is hip but a little sketchy in some spots like around Gare du Nord station. 'Wonderful location next to a park and street blocked off from cars. Clean and comfortable apartment with nice views. The only negative was the fridge and cupboards had some opened food in them that seemed old. I would ask that any food be removed before a future stay. Overall, highly recommend this place!'

'We loved Sandy and Delphi es beautiful apartment! I had more than enough space to give us enough room to gather and plenty of privacy. The location was convenient for catching the Metro or the bus or Uber or Taxi. There were plenty of great places to eat just out our door. In addition we found great patisseries, cheese shops, wine shops and produce stands close by. Sandy and Delphine were wonderful hosts and I hope we someday meet again. Thank you so much.'

'We had a wonderful stay. We arrived on opening day of the olympics 2024 and Ms. Aries waited for us to arrive in the pouring rain. She was calm and thoughtful and fully explained all the components of the flat. Everything was clean and abundant in supplies. The location was excellent and easy to get around all points of the Paris. The back bedroom is completly silent. Totally enjoyed and you will too.'

'Super host! Clean place, and get location'

'I really like the location near the Canal St Martin. Lovely to walk there in the morning. Or join the locals running or biking. Several restaurants and stores near by. A bit far from the main tourist areas but we made it work. Check in was a bit wonky as the instructions told you directions and codes to get into the building and then tell you to go to a keynest store 10 min away to get the keys to get into the unit. Master bed is really 2 twins pushed together so not ideal for a couple....

'Leider funtionierte die Toilettenspülung nicht. Das Wasser lief extrem langsam nach. Man konnte also nur mit ein paar Stunden Abstand wieder spülen. Zu fünft in der Wohnung ist das nicht möglich. Wir gaben gleich Bescheid. Es wurde versprochen, dass jemand zur Reparatur kommt. Es kam jedoch niemand. Wir mussten Wasser mit einem Eimer zum Spülen benutzen. Die Wohnung war ausserdem feucht und nicht überall sauber geputzt. Nach einer Nacht sind wir abgreist. Wir gaben dem Vermieter Bescheid. Dieser...

'Het was een mooi jotel,ingericht met vele leuke plekjes in het hotel. Het hotel zat op loopafstand van het treinstation richting parijs centrum. De (familie)kamer was super ruim. Vriendelijk personeel. Enige minpunt was dat de temperatuur in de kamer niet aan te passen was en het ontzettend warm was in de kamer. Hier kon ook niks aan gedaan worden en was een probleem in het gehele hotel werd mij verteld.'

'Prijs / Kwaliteit super! Metro dichtbij. Een super leuke wijk met overal leuke straatjes/winkels. Veilig parkeren kan je bij Indigo doen. Appartement klein voor 4 personen maar als je er weinig bent prima te doen. '

prima kamer, mooi gerenoveerd, goed comfort

"Het gebouw waarin het hotel gevestigd is, komt een beetje ouderwets over maar onze kamer was mooi gerenoveerd, voorzien van alle comfort, goede bedden, propere en mooie badkamer, apart toilet. We hadden een kamer voor 3 personen: 1 tweepersoonsbed en een eenpersoonsbed dat in de inkomhal van de kamer was en afgesloten was een deur van het tweepersoonsbed. Personeel was heel vriendelijk."

"Hotel was nice, room was ‘ok’, but not really worth the high price in our opinion. Small details, eg. broken waterboiler, no coffee pads, candy and food leftovers from previous hotel guest under the beds and in the armchair was not what we expected from a 5 star hotel room."

"Schone kamers, alles wat je nodig hebt is er, het ontbijt (in buffetvorm) heeft meer dan genoeg keuze, het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het is op loopafstand van het Gare du Nord en perfect gelegen voor wandelingen door de stad (de meeste attracties zijn op loopafstand, en anders heb je nog het prima metrostelsel). Wat dit hotel uniek maakt: de inrichting is echt subliem, over elk detail is nagedacht, het zit tjokvol kunst, pop-art, verwijzingen naar strips etc., dat moet je gewoon een keer gezien hebben. En de eigenaar is buitengewoon aardig en betrokken bij zijn klanten. In alles is dit een topper!"
