'This comfortable, cozy, 4 BR home is nicely tucked into the woods. Plenty of space to spread out for adults and kids, with a finished basement. Outside there is a fire pit, and jacuzzi/hot tub. House is well stocked for cooking supplies and tools, and quiet at night. Close to Livingston Manor Main Street (7min), Roscoe Main Street (10min) and only 1/2 mile away from Arnold House. Host was super responsive and a pleasure to work with. Would love to come back !'

'Everything on the property was exactly as described and better. My adult siblings and I have been renting ski homes for the past 18 years and I can honestly say that this was the nicest home we have stayed in. Well equipped with everything you would need and stocked well with garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. The kitchen cabinets were all labeled which made things easier to find and return to their proper places. We had a GREAT time. Thank you!!'

'It’s a great for more adults houses absolutely stunning unfortunately we had bad weather so we didn’t get to utilize the outside. Kitchen is slightly small but everything else is amazing. Rooms are beautiful house immaculately decorated unbelievable master bedroom and shower and only 13 minutes to Cooperstown so convenient for any Cooperstown families. Communication was great we had some slight Review and they took care of it immediately nothing that affected our stay in anyway'

'This property is a spacious 3-bedroom a short walk from the lake. We found the beds very comfortable, and we enjoyed the property's layout. We were able to comfortably cook a few meals there, and the rules were quite easy to manage. Overall a great experience - would highly recommend!'

'We stayed here on a ski trip with friends. The property manager forgot to have the house cleaned before we came, and as a result the cleaners arrived when we arrived to check in. We wanted to eat dinner at the house but were forced to go out for dinner since it was not ready. The house was missing any blinds in 2 of the three main bedrooms (a big deal for parents with kids who wake up with the sun), and the tv did not work. The main toilet was brown and disgusting and master toilet was not...

'Our time here was way too short. Would have loved to stay longer - cozy, homey, well appointed. Beds were very comfortable. I run HOT - AC and fans did the trick. Very clean, easy check-in/out. Would happily return.'
