'This neighborhood has a great history and we really enjoyed our stay in this casita.'

'This house was filthy & very poorly maintained. Grime on walls, dishes, floors and pool. We paid extra to have pool heated and clean, but when we arrived, it was cold and had days of debris in it. There was food on the deck, around the fire pit and sitting area. The palm tree lighting is hanging at toddler height that could easily become entangled around child’s neck. Zero maintenance on the trees with dead tree palms hanging and falling to the deck. Don’t bring your kids here! No...

'The stay was great, the house was good and a great location, however I was disappointed in the quality and cleanliness of the place. At this price level I would have expected and hoped for more. It didn’t spoil our stay, but little things like no smart speakers, poor condition of furnishings, poor internet and very dirty windows could have made our stay much better.'

'Great spot with a nice vibe. Unfortunately there was heavy rain during 2 of our 4 days in the canyon. Some water dripped through the roof onto the bed, but was resolved by moving furniture and using a trash can to collect water. We also lost power to some of the outlets and stair lights for the last couple of days. Having said that, we had a blast with no real issues. Our rental car was a large SUV, but we had no problems with parking or driving on the switchbacks.'

'Very nice and comfortable unit. All appliances worked fine. Electrical chairs were a pleasant surprise. Only down side were lack of blankets. Hot water handle in shower needed to be fixed. Otherwise very enjoyable stay.'

Executive resortwoning, 3 slaapkamers | Kamervoorziening

'La casa está muy cerca de los estudios, a 5’. Del muelle de Santa Mónica a 30, y de diferentes shopping (La Arbolada) a 35’. De Rodeo Drive, a 15’ , Beverly Hills, 15’. Todo en auto. El barrio no es de los mejores, de los top, es un barrio sencillo, con un supermarket Pavilions a 1 km, que tiene todo. La atención del staff es 10 puntos , tuvimos dos veces problemas con el wifi, y en el momento, a la hora , estaba solucionado. Es un punto a favor esto, muy importante. Recomendable. '

"The hotel is completely new and modern. The lobby is on the 70th Floor with a magnificent view of the LA downtown skyline. The rooms are spacious and tidy. Staff is very friendly. Only minor point of comment is the not complete (at the time of booking via Expedia) transparency about the additional costs."

"Nice hotel with small but well equipped gym and rooftop pool. Rooms were minimalistic and stylish and spacious enough. Bed sleeps well. Ear plugs available in your hotel room. Enough breakfast and diner options in the area. "

Good stay with a modern vibe

"Overall great stay in a modern and stylish hotel. Valet service good but a bit expensive, hotel staff could be a bit more welcoming and warm. Cooling in the room is good but on a cold night no / limited heating options. Location is very good with hollywood blv at walking distance."
