'We were rained-out of a long planned camping trip and, luckily, found this at the last minute. The Rococo room is beautiful and very clean, and the deck with BBQ is quite useful. It is spacious and bright. The grounds are fun to walk around. Seeing the different areas is really interesting. I especially liked the yacht floating in the pond. Overall this was a great stay! '

'We loved the property. The first condo they gave us had a window stuck open. It was 27 degrees outside so we called and returned to the check in, where we were given a new condo key. Easy time fixing the situation. The condo was very clean and had extra blankets and pillows for everyone. The kitchen was stocked with basics for cooking, extra trash bags, and soap for the sink and dishwasher. We were close to all the amenities at Massanutten, and had a great time. We would definitely stay...

'Because of my age the number of steps to my room was daunting. The room was pleasant. Getting to the community was beautiful but in a very rural area.'

'The property is very unique. It is off of a dirt road and I would suggest initially getting there while there is daylight. There are multiple steps to this room (located in the Castle building of the property), therefore it is not suitable for guests with mobility issues. The dipping pool was not filled at the time of our stay. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is the shower temperature and pressure were a bit difficult to regulate but it seems the tub is better...

'The tv upstairs didnt work, the toaster is broken, the shades woukdnt go back up, the shades were filthy, and the toilet was clogged when we got there. Disappointed to say the least. Had my autistic grandson with us. The toaster and tv were necessities '

'The lodging was good other than a few items. Check in is late at 5pm. I originally thought it was 4pm which seems late still. There was very little hot water. We were assigned a room on the bottom floor and the family with young kids above us were jumping around early in the morning. I’m not sure how to pick a top floor but that would have been better. Nice area though'

'My only real complaint is an issue with the tub. My young son was so excited to use the big tub however there wasn’t enough hot water to fill it enough to use the jets. May need to consider a larger hot water tank or something. The water would get cooler with multiple showers too. The tub issue was very disappointing. '

'The view was so cool, check in/out was easy, we had plenty of room and it was perfect for JMU homecoming weekend! '
