'Haven’t been here in 10 years. Facility a bit dated but clean; most staff friendly. Wish they had more lower cost slots and wish they had a snack bar of sorts. '

'Check in clerk did not smile and not very helpful or knowledgeable. We were charged for our room, even though we had prepaid which took a bit of time to get refunded. Space An initial check in the pool was closed, but it did open that night.'

'Our room was large nicely appointed and comfortable. The service is the real issue at this hotel. They are understaffed and don't answer the phone most of the times. The majority of the staff do not seem happy to to provide customer service. When I checked out, they presented me with a bill that included room and taxes which I had already paid through Expedia. It seems very unorganized and like I said customer service is very poor.'
