'So far this condo has been our favorite in Athens! Close to S. Milledge, UGA campus and downtown. Clean and nicely decorated (unless you are not a Dawg fan!!). Strongly recommend - we hope to stay here again.'

'The unit was as seen in the pictures. Some stains on towels and sheets, and hair in bathroom, but overall clean, just needs minor repair work and touch up. Faucets loose, drain in very slow. All minor in my opinion just could be better. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen was newly remodeled.The building is old, front desk staff not super helpful, but did their job. 'This 4th floor condo perfectly met our needs. We have stayed in several different condos at Peachtree Towers over the years, this is a very nice unit. Check in was easy and the host was very accommodating. The condo is an easy walk to Americas Mart and convenient to many restaurants. We would definitely stay again.'

'Clean and comfortable! Both bathrooms were spacious enough to accommodate two people getting ready for a concert at the same time (teenage girls shared one, husband and wife in the other). We arrived at Truist Park within 10-12 minutes of leaving the apartment. We’ll stay again!'
