« Conditions were excellent. Location was great with easy access to Downtown Dyersville and very close to the Heritage Trail. Really liked the security and the interior facilities were new and clean. I really was impressed with the EV charging station, We are seasoned VRBO travelers, so we are providing a few minor suggestions: should have had Kleenex boxes available in several rooms. A clock in the bedroom and bathroom would have been a plus. A daily counter cleaning product below the sink...

« We really liked the place- nice modern apartment in a great location with a small balcony. Many restaurants nearby that we like, and underground pkg was easy. Wished they had a small dresser in the closet to unpack clothes and directions for the tv/ but we figured it out- definitely recommend! »

« An absolute gem! The decor was stylish, thoughtfully designed, and made the space feel warm and inviting. The location is perfect--close to everything! I felt completely safe and at ease during my stay. This place had every amenity I could ask for--fully stocked kitchen, cozy bedding, fast wi-fi, and 2 smart TVs.
