'Let me start off with saying that we were looking for a place to stay that was relatively close to Zilker park for Austin City Limits that was also affordable and this was the best option. That being said, you get what you pay for. The mattresses were not very great (I had slept on one of the spring ones on Friday night and had really awful back pain on Saturday that affected my ability to enjoy the festival) and another friend who slept on another mattress also shared that she did not sleep...

'The property was just as described. It is an absolutely gorgeous place. The water was perfect with many options to enjoy the lake. We would love to come again and use the whole facility for a family gathering. There is definitely something there for everyone and plenty of room to spread out and relax.
