This beautiful guesthouse is located in the quiet end of the village of Caye Caulker. The pool, reputed to be the prettiest on the island, is surrounded by lush gardens and enjoys a cool ocean breeze. Enjoy an evening swim as the palm trees sway, or relax under the waterfall.

This newly renovated second-floor apartment, with a large wrap-around balcony, offers many areas to enjoy—whether it be outdoor dining, relaxing to watch a sunset, reading a book, or just taking in the view. Each bedroom is air-conditioned, with large king-size beds and luxury quality linens. The living room and fully equipped kitchen has with many windows, make entertaining a breeze. Whether you wish to sit around and watch a movie on the flat-screen TV or dine with friends, it will be hard to think of going anywhere else.
Our guesthouse, Caye Caulker Boutique Guesthouse, has seven units that can accommodate up to 18 people. Whether you're renting one room or the entire guesthouse, it's a wonderful location for weddings, retreats, family get-togethers, quiet evenings, and relaxed, laid-back luxury vacations.

If you haven't been to Caye Caulker, you're in for a treat. Experience a very slow-moving environment with a constant refreshing breeze. Fantastic !
What a great spot. VERY clean. Comfy bed. New towels and linens. Very quiet location that was easy distance to the busier parts. The pool and grounds are gorgeous and we spent many hours just hanging out.

A little island oasis!
We stayed in the two king full kitchen with living room unit. This place was fantastic. We had the entire upstairs with a wrap around deck. We started every morning on the deck over looking the pool and with a view of the ocean. We were able to drop our luggage before check in time so we could have lunch without worrying about our suitcases. The owners were onsite and extremely friendly. They take great pride in their boutique guest houses. Both bedrooms have AC that gets cold quickly and keeps you cool through the night. There isn’t AC in the kitchen and living room but it’s not needed because an excellent breeze blows through from the ocean. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils AND blender to make frozen concoctions at home. An unexpected added plus was the water dispenser outside the main door of the unit. The staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. It was a few blocks away from the activity so it was quite peaceful but close enough to walk anywhere in just a few minutes. I would definitely stay here again. Oh the pool- it’s private for the guests staying there (7 units total) but we never saw more than 4 in it any time and several times we had the pool to ourselves. WiFi signal was strong and hubby was able to work several hours every morning with no issues accessing any of his company’s systems. Do not hesitate to book this place because it will go fast!

This Place is a Treasure!
We absolutely loved our time here. They recently opened so don't be fooled by the lack of many reviews (December 2014). The rooms are just as advertised and the staff and owners are very nice and extremely helpful. We can't wait to come back!and extremely helpful.
