'A grand pile of a manor house with very generous and well appointed accommodation, in the middle of a busy village, surrounded by beautiful countryside and hills thick with vines and olive groves. Short drives along tree lined vistas or up windy roads to the hills, put many interesting towns and some splendid wineries in easy distance; the towns of Carcassonne, Narbonne, Limoux and Perpignan to name a few, as is the Med for beach lovers, but the smaller villages around and about were delightful...

Het was snikheet weer en toch konden wij de woning redelijk fris houden, ondanks de afwezigheid van airco. De buitenzithoek en eettafel bood de nodige gezelligheid om 's avonds met de familie te genieten van aperitief en avondmaal. 's Morgens het ontbijt aan de frisse tafel op het overdekt terras. 'We stayed one night. In 350 meters you can be in the medieval city. Travel 50 meters down the hill, turn on the path and you are there. Such a perfect location. Paul was great and easy to communicate with. We had a lovely dinner at the Sarl le Creneau and saw Remparts et Lumieres at night. We had a wonderful day exploring the village during the day.
