'This hotel is very beautiful. The rooms were spacious and came with fully equipped kitchens. The beach was amazing and everything was spotless. There wasn’t a blade of grass out of place on the overall grounds. All in all, we had a great stay but I will say that the customer service needs some work. This is the only reason why I do not give 5 stars. There is a lack of effort and flexibility/accountability from the guest relations staff and if you “annoy” them to much by asking for help with...

'This resort was the nicest place my wife and I have ever stayed in. Everything was top notch from the service to the food to the amenities to the facilities. And the view cannot be beat, as the resort is nestled right between the two Pitons. Incredible experience. We will be coming back for sure. '

'The property is nice and most of the staff members are lovely. One bad problem was mold in the air conditioning system which made us sick. The room cleaning itself was perfect. Some of the wait staff were very slow and did not seem to care. Others were lovely. One issue was overcooking fish so it became dry. In other restaurants it was not a problem. So it is not a St Lucia problem. '

'The Jade Mountain Resort is spectacular. My wife and I stayed in one of the sanctuary suites and it was unbelievable. The view of the Piton Mountains and Caribbean is breathtaking. The service and food is top notch. There are many activities like scuba and sailing. Fyi. there are no elevators. The resort is built on the side of a mountain. You must be able to handle a lot of stairs. I highly recommend this resort hotel. '

'Marigot Beach Club is mij tegen gevallen. Het eten was erg slecht, daarmee bedoel ik het ochtend ontbijt. S'avonds viel ook het warm-eten heel. ik probeerde lokaal voedsel te eten, zelf dat viel tegen. Na het avondeten kreeg ik de rekening, dit was vrij-prijzig het was het helemaal niet ward. Na dag 6 op het resort werd mij gevraagd of de kamer gedaan kon worden, ik schrok, waarom werd mij dat gevraagd, dat hoort bij de service van het resort. 'This is my second stay at Mystique. This time I spent more days. At the main restaurant I requested a sprite during lunch, i watched the waitress pass me over & over. I left the restaurant and didn’t receive the drink. I would understand if the restaurant was busy but it wasn’t for her to not serve. The phone lines were down from check in to check out. Thank God I had mins on my cell phone I had to call front desk to request towels that house keeping missed. '

'Great spacious rooms although the view can't be beaten to be the best thing of it. This is of coarse because it is quite a bit up the hill. Its okay to hike down to the town, but I would want to walk it back up. Better take a taxi for that.'

'A really good value stay not far from Reduit beach and the marina area. Although budget end accommodations the owners had thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. We managed a self checkin as checkin desk was not manned until 6pm per advert, but we managed to get in touch via WhatsApp and sort everything out.
