'Wonderful stay in Pigsty Cottage. Steve and Lizzie were very welcoming and even stocked the fridge with a few essentials to get us through the next morning. Lovely and private, we had a car and were in a perfect location to access Stone Henge, Avebury, Bath, Oxford, Stratford on Avon and more. Steve even told us about the Kennet and Avon locks which were an engineering marvel. My husband even got to try his hand (and back) at opening the gates. 'The house was fine. However..we felt it had been empty for a while. Dust cobwebs on lamps and light fittings. No light in the walkin wsrdrome. Lights not working on the stepson the outside '

'We had a ladies friends weekend away in early Nov. Beautiful cottage with everything you need. Log burner was fab and ability to have extra check out time for a small fee was worth it. Having the added bonus of the spa pass made the weekend extra special. The owners are particularly excellent and quick to respond with any of our questions. All good - highly recommended. We intend to return.'

'Perfect weekend staying in an immaculate stylish comfortable apartment - every thought as to what you need to make your stay wonderful had been catered for - very comfortable beds - excellent showers and a fully kitted out kitchen with wine cooler to boot! 'Great place to stay. Clean, comfortable, spacious, rustic yet modern, warm and cosy. Well equipped. Quiet location next to a farm. We loved staying here and will definitely stay again. Rural, but close to Swindon, Royal Wootton Bassett and M4. Owners helpful and on-hand for any queries. We were left some milk and eggs which was nice. '

'Stunning lodge in the most beautiful setting. This was our third visit to Lower Mill Estate. Coot Lodge is a very spacious 3 bedroom lodge - with double height living accommodation, huge decked area, with bbq. It’s close proximity to the spa and pool made it super easy to walk to. Lots of towels and clean bedding. We were spoilt for board Games. The property is so lovely that we didn’t really want to leave to go anywhere! We would highly recommend and would book to visit again.'
