'Hotellet ligger ganske idyllisk i centrum og helt uden parkeringsmuligheder, man kan ikke køre i nærheden af hotellet. Vi kom til et trepersoners rum, hvor den ene sengebund var helt i stykker, så en af os måtte sove på en madras på gulvet. Vi blev lovet, at det ville blive udbedret samme aften, og alternativt ville vi få et andet værelse, men vi hørte intet. '

'The photo’s are deceiving! The rooms are tiny with no storage or bathroom shelf space. The shower was hot and has good water pressure but, once again tiny! The beds are comfortable and the rooms have AC and heat. The rooms facing the street are noisy at night especially after hours. The proximity to the Alhambra is great BUT it is a long steep climb to the entrance, be warned! If you come in a vehicle and use the parking, a small vehicle is better as the access and spots are extremely tight!'

Could have been much better

"The hotel itself was rather nice and all the service members I interacted with were very responsive and sought to help immediately. The room assigned to me (probably because I booked through Hotels.com) had a window that opened on an indoor covered patio. This means that the sun's rays never managed to come to my room. I left the hotel very disappointed as my room was rather stuffy and too hot. I tried the A/C, but it was blowing hot air, and that could not be changed as the hotel has a central system that was (for a few more days) set on heat. On top of it, my fridge did not work, and the TV was a mess (1/3 of the channels showed a grainy, snow-filled picture that regularly lost focus; for another third of the channels, the TV could not find the signal...). That left me, basically, with Spanish-speaking channels. Let's not mention the guests who loitered and spoke loudly close to midnight in the hallways. To be fair: breakfast was okay, the wifi was very good, and the staff was exceptional. "

"Mooi Hotel centraal gelegenin .Het Alhambra dichtbij maar wel de berg op, maar met taxi en of openbaar vervoer goed te doen. Hotel ligt ook vlakbij de Kathedraal. Enige minpunt is in de pas gerenoveerde badkamer je moet douchen in het bad. Is voor oudere of slecht ter been zijnde niet te doen."
