'This hotel is a good hotel for an in the country hotel for a small country. The facility was affordable and clean, had beautiful views, the food was good, and everything worked. The only complaint is the bed mattress was hard as a rock.'

'5 star Top rating for the location and amenities. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was on the second floor. Maverick, the hotel front desk concierge, was very friendly and patient with us. He welcomed us on our first day and answered all of our questions. Maverick arranged all our tours with Andy for the night tour and Abel for the morning boat tour. Both did a fantastic job, but especially Abel, who went above and beyond on the wildlife tour. 'Unfortunately I was unable to enjoy a stay at the Casa Grande. There is no road to the place, i.e. they have to pick you up by boat. I sent an e-mail, left two WhatsApp messages and tried calling 4 times, all to no avail. Even 2 days later I have not heard from them. I ended up in Parismina without any recourse to get to the place, and so I had to find a different accommodation there. Very unfortunate. If you can book this place in the morning for the evening, the resort must respond, otherwise...
