'Beautiful property, rooms are spacious and comfortable and the pool/spa is wonderful as it's heated - the kids loved it in the evening! '

'Parking area should have supervision. Our car was hit and person ran away without leaving a note. Maybe with the presence of a security guard this might have been prevented or at least the persons who did it would have thought twice about leaving. Other than that suggestion of putting a security guard there everything was great. Front staff always nice and helpful. Breakfast is always good. Amenities are excellent. Thank you. 'This property is undergoing a renovation. The first room we were assigned was awful. It had an unpleasant odor and the sofa had both arms knawed. We did change rooms with a much better result. I hope when the reno is complete, there will be new furniture as well. Full breakfast was a great way to start the day. We're in Carlsbad a couple times a year and will try Homewood Suites again. '
