'This is a lovely home with a generous and thoughtful host. I arrived very late due to a flight delay and Lucy was particularly careful to be sure the area was well lit so I could see to get into the house. The property is not only clean and well stocked with coffee and snacks, it was delightfully decorated for the holidays. The Christmas decorations made us feel right at home'

'This was our second time staying here, as we have lots of family in the area, and we have already booked a third stay for the new year. The home is fully updated, compact yet spacious, clean, warm, and has every amenity you could ask for. The pristine yard is a huge bonus.'

'Three friends and I booked this house for a week for a Major League Fishing bass tournament. There was plenty of parking for three bass boats and probably room for two more. This house was perfect. It kinda reminded me of going back in time to the 70’s and Grandma and Grandpa’s house. It even made me think about the Brady Bunch. Easy access to anywhere in the Quad Cities you want to go. The host is awesome and quick to respond even though we didn’t need a thing. I highly recommend this rental...

'We had a comfortable stay at the house. It was a good size for 2 adults and 2 dogs. We only needed the main floor. We never went upstairs. We used a borrowed baby gate to keep the dogs from exploring up there. Used the house baby gate at the kitchen steps to stop any basement explorations also. The shower had plenty of hot water. The heater worked great on those 30 degree and below days! A good location for shopping and restaurants. A couple FYIs: The driveway was tight for our full size SUV....

'I came to visit my parents for the holidays and get some quiet time to myself. It was such a great trip. I recommend coming back and staying again next year. It was perfect. '

'The property was clean and cozy, beautifully and seasonally decorated, and had everything we needed! The bed was comfy and the bedding, plentiful. The outdoor space--porches and dock--were some of the best I've ever seen. The view was outstandingly good. It was an ideal spot to visit the Quad Cities from.'

'The property was easy to find and check in/access was also easy. We loved the main floor layout-plenty of space for our family and multiple gathering options. The bedrooms were great and everyone slept comfortably. It was a quick 7 min drive to the family’s home we were visiting and easy access to the highway as well. Would definitely stay here again when we return to the area!'

'What a nice rental. Easy communication with the owners. Cottage had everything we needed AND video/pinball games. Perfect distraction during some very wet weather. When it wasn’t raining we took advantage of the Quad Cities and some of what they have to offer. Would return to Pleasant Valley and stay here again.'

'The property fit our needs as we were busy with family and friends most of the time. The door knob on the inside of the bathroom with the tub fell of the first day. I placed it on the counter in that bathroom. Additionally, the bathtub could use some scrubbing bubbles cleanser to get it cleaned properly. It works good on mine anyway. It would have been handy to have a spatula too. Otherwise we were happy with the accommodations. And we loved the easy access of the keyless system. Thanks'

'This condo worked perfectly for my wife and I while visiting my family. It has a nice layout, it's decorated very nicely, and most importantly, it was clean and in a perfect location. We will definitely consider this property again on our next trip to the Quad Cities. '
