'The house and location are beautiful. We enjoyed the pool, the animals and the fruit which we picked ourselves. It isn’t near to a village and the road to te property is adventures but that wasn’t a problem for is. The owner is nice and helpfull. '

'Great place away from the masses. If you are looking for a quiet time, away from the tourist crowds this is the place. We stayed there for 10 days of cycling the Serra de Tramuntana and relaxation. The house is perfect for the latter. Great space, well located, lots of privacy and well equipped for some good relaxation. The view of the sunset over the mountains is absolutely spectacular & at night it is the best spot for star gazing. One point for improvement - and only for the lovers of home...

'Fijne slaapkamers, mooie ligging, lekker zwembad. Echter wel allemaal wat oud, de kraan maakte enorme herrie, geen normale douche (allemaal hoge instap of bad), weinig kook en eet gerei. '

'Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in deze villa. De villa zag er prachtig uit en lag prima gelegen. Het zwembad was heerlijk. De ezel, het schaap en de ganzen waren gezellige buren. Er waren daar alleen wel veel muggen. De supermarkten erg dichtbij en op redelijke rijafstand van diverse leuke stranden. Het contact met Marilen was goed bereikbaar. De vaatwasser deed het niet en dat werd snel opgelost. '

'Maison en très bon état. Surpris de ne pas avoir accès à toute la maison (étage fermé à clé) mais très propre. Nous avons dû faire appel au service de gestion de location car nous avions du mal a faire fonctionner la plaque gaz dont les inscriptions étaient devenues illisibles a cause de l'usure. Ils ont été réactifs en envoyant quelqu'un sur place. Bémol: Peu conviviale car pas d'accès à l'extérieur direct depuis les pièces de vie (passage par la buanderie) et manque d'ustensiles de cuisine...

'1 week met familie en vrienden geweest. Met elkaar en toch ieder zijn eigen grote kamer Met badkamer . Het huis is geweldig en knus. Genoeg ruimte . De eigenaar heel vriendelijk. En hebben gebruik gemaakt van de zelfgemaakte Paella. Ontzettend lekker. Dit grote vakantie huis is een aanrader.'

'This a gorgeous property-down a bumpy track ( slightly washed away by floods in part and thru two sheep gates). Only 15 mins by car from Alcudia and 25 mins from Pollença and Port de Pollenca- both lovely towns to visit. Tues market in Alcudia “old town” great fun - do haggle though! 'We, a family of 4 with kids 11y and 15y stayed here for one week and had a very calm and pleasant stay. The house is complete and clean and provided with airconditioned bedrooms. The big kitchen gives you the opportunity to cook whatever you desire. The garden provides several sitting places to find a spot in the shade and gives you great views on the pool, garden, the old trees and the big rock. The house is on one side protected by the mountain where wild goats walked by now and then....

'Unser Aufenthalt im Juli 2025 war einfach super. Die Beschreibung der Villa stimmt mit unseren Erfahrungen überein. Das Grundstück mit dem großen und schönen Garten kann von keiner Seite eingesehen werden. Die Lage zwischen Pollensa und Alcudia hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen und ist günstig, um den wunderschönen Norden der Insel zu erkunden. 'Im Großen und Ganzen ein schönes Objekt. Die Fotos in der Anzeige entsprechen nicht der Realität, sind veraltet. Die Handtücher sind abgezählt und dadurch zu wenig, wurden nach Anruf in der Agentur nachgereicht. Mit einem großen Auto ist die Finca nicht zu erreichen . Das Inventar könnte mal erneuert werden ist ziemlich durchgesessen und nicht ausreichend für 6 Personen. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Trotz allem haben wir uns wohlgefühlt und haben die Tage genossen.'

'Zeer vriendelijk ontvangst bij een mooie entree. De kamer was ook prachtig, zoals op de foto en alles zeer schoon. Prima ligging tov strand (2 minuten lopen), eetgelegenheden (5 min lopen) en centrum Alcudia (20 minuten lopen). Het ligt wel aan een drukke weg. Daar heb je in de kamer geen last van (goed geïsoleerd) maar aan het zwembad soms wel. Daarnaast is er wel wat achterstallig onderhoud aan de buitenkant en zwembad. Heeft nodig een opfrisbeurt nodig en losse plank met uitstekende spijkers...

'This is a really great place if you just want to relax and enjoy the beach. The beach is right in front of the door so you can enjoy the view all day long. The host who helped us check in, is a really nice guy! You can always call him if you need anything. The place was really clean and has everything you need. I would highy recommand this place if you want to stay close to the beach and want to enjoy a few beaches at the Noth side of the island. '
