Maison Pantai is our family second home.
It's a beautiful and authentic (140m2 /1500sqf) 3 bedrooms townhouse located rue de la Tourraque, in the 1st French floor of 17th century walk up building and it sleeps 6 people.

The house was completely renovated in May 2021 with high quality materials.

An architect and an interior decorator have worked on keeping the old looking charm while adding trendy furniture and a contemporary decoration for a very harmonious touch and feel.

This unique and spacious 4 floor townhouse is full of charm of the Vieil Antibes.
- 3 private en-suite bathrooms suits couples or families with children,
- one large and modern livingroom benefiting from an open kitchen with a small balcony. (35m2 / 280 sqf),
- a large terrace (25m2 / 270sqf) facing East / West with a full direct sea view on the Cap d'Antibes.

Antibes is renowned for it's sailing and yachting in Port Vauban and there are locations on the nearby Antibes beaches for diving 🤿 and the hire of windsurfers, Kayaks 🛶 and Catamarans. 🚤 Water ski-ing and jet ski hire is also available at the nearby Garoup beach.

⛳ Golf is available inland on a number of courses including the Mougins Golf and Country Club.Tennis is also available at a number of nearby clubs.

⛷️ Ski-ing is a 1.5 hour car journey into the Alps Maritime at Auron and Isola.

EVENTS :
📽️ The annual Cannes Film Festival and Monaco Grand Prix 🏎️ are both in May within 2 weeks of each other and Antibes is a great central point to enjoy these events.

Great property in wonderful location
Five friends celebrating 3 birthdays had a great stay in Villa Pantai which is perfectly situated in the old town right on the seafront, minutes from the market and bars, restaurants etc and the beach. The station/bus yard is a 20 minute walk. The property has been given a first class renovation and everything that you need for a comfortable stay is there. This is my 4th rental in this area and I wouldn't hesitate to rebook this one. Just be aware that if stairs are a problem this probably isn't the right choice for you and that the smallest bedroom has a (great) shower and washbasin but no W.C (you need to go upstairs to find one) - the floorplan does make this clear but it is easy to overlook and may be an issue for some.

Perfect stay in Antibes
The roof deck watching the sunrise over the Mediterranean may be the most beautiful place in the world. The property was better than advertised, so close to town, the market, restaurants, walkway along the water, and the beach. Couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more - will definitely be back! Thank you!

We can’t say enough about how perfect this was for our week stay to visit the area. Location, location, location! The patio was perfect for relaxing morning and evening with wine and cheese taking in the amazing view of the harbor. The treats provided were very much appreciated. Very friendly hosts. It could not have been more perfect and we would not hesitate to come back.

Stunning condo in old Antibes with sea view
After reviewing this property in advance of the visit, I could not wait to arrive in Antibes . This property exceeded our expectations. It is modern with old Antibes vibes. Each room is beautifully designed. The top level is such a treat. We could see the sea. This was an excellent location . The property manager is a great communicator and waited for our much later than planned arrival. We cannot wait to return to this property. The whole family loved this place including the teen and the young adults.

Perfect Antibes Property
Firstly, the pictures on VRBO presented the property as being 5-star in terms of elegance, layout, functionality, cleanliness, etc. They actually understated the quality of this apartment. It's five levels were incredible in every aspect. Communication prior to check-in was excellent both from the owners and from the property manager, Paula, who facilitated a seamless check-in and stay. The layout, design and furnishings of the apartment were wonderful, the location perfect, somewhat secluded but adjacent to a daily market and within sight of the Mediterranean. Our party included three adults, a college student and two children who were easily accommodated by this apartment. It is located in old town Antibes and within walking distance to the Picasso museum, a market, an art district, the marina and many restaurants. Having previously stayed in hotels located in other villages, we have concluded that Antibes is the perfect location and this apartment the perfect accommodation for future visits to the south of France

Everything in the house and its environs was wonderful. Tasteful decor, fabulous amount of space and very well appointed with plentiful dishes, etc. The proximity to the old town and the famous Provençal market cannot be overemphasized as a wonderful additional feature. Antibes Perfection
We had such a lovely time at Maison Pantai. The location of the unit within Antibes is perfect. We rented a car and made trips throughout the area, and Antibes itself proved to be a great home base. The unit is well-equipped, incredibly clean, and offers the comforts of home. We used the grill and enjoyed most evenings on the rooftop patio overlooking the Sea. Paula is incredibly personable and helpful with dinner recommendations and sightseeing. As our daughter sometimes says, we are reluctant to post such a glowing review because we would prefer to "gatekeep" this property to ourselves. Thanks so much.

House and location was beautiful. The wifi did not work for the whole week and we could not get any TV's to workwe were there so that was a problem. We phoned the house manager on day 2 and left a message but they did not get back to us. We were not offered compensation. I would suggest having a house manual.
