The apartment was in good condition, instructions were clear, and communication with the owner was great. The National Park passes were provided as advertised, which was a great plus for us and a big reason why we chose this apartment. Lastly, the massage chair was the true MVP of the trip. 'I loved the location of the property! Easy walk to anything! It was quiet, clean and the under ground parking was an added bonus.'

'Overall, this was a good little apartment for our single night stay. Our biggest concern - and this was in spite of the owner's efforts to discourage- was the smell of cigarette smoke in what is clearly a non-smoking unit (and complex, I think). We ended up having to keep the windows open the entire time. Beds were comfy. Building appeared secure and was close to amenities.'

'Everything was as pictured/advertised. Check in was easy, there was always parking available, and the room looked as pictured. We didn’t use the pool/hot tub so I can’t speak to those. It was convenient to have a playpen in the room for our little one. The only downside is that upon arrival we found a variety of pills (some looked to be vitamins, not sure of the others) just under the couch. This is unsettling to find when travelling with a little one and could have posed an extreme danger had...

'Condo was conveniently located off main rd. Unit was immaculate, kitchen well stocked, bathroom amenities great. Owners so easy to communicate with. Having a grill was a homerun!'

'This property was in a great location. The apartment was as described online with all amenities available for use. With just a short drive you're in Banff exploring all the amazing attractions. A little more emphasis can be placed on sanitizing the floors but other than that we had a great stay! The host also responded in a timely manner to answer any questions.
