'Lovely hotel- good service, complimentary hot cider and warm donuts in the lobby. I was supposed to be offered VIP access but was not. Would have been nice to have this benefit offered- it likely would have resulted in me not paying a nightly pet fee or having to pay for breakfast. Too bad.'

'Since we arrived everything was perfect. Personnel very kind and supportive, hotel is very clean, room service very nice, gym clean, parking not expensive (25 per day) and easy to access. Location is very quiet and safe. I only used the restaurant once for a breakfast and i will have to say that it was a little uncomfortable that the gentleman in charge was picking stuff from the table while we were eating, like putting the hands in the middle of our food, a little weird but still he was very...

'The only thing I didn't like is that they wouldn't store my 1 bag for a few hours after checkout since my plane didn't leave until 6pm. That was inconvenient. I would've stayed somewhere else just to gain that time back.'
