'Simple rooms and shower facilities, with a shared kitchen and living space downstairs. This is so useful to share tips and experiences with others. The space has walk books and you can borrow backpacks, beach towels etc. Giuseppe made us breakfast each morning and looked over our plans for the day, giving us ideas and information. 'This room is small but perfectly formed!! Ideal for the single traveller of smaller statue, this room is well designed and has everything you could need including a small minibar fridge with very reasonably priced drinks. Plenty of drinking water provided free of change. I can not speak highly enough of the host! Gulleme (so?!) was so helpful with suggestions, advice and restaurant recommendations. Loved that the hotel will even provide cool bags with frozen blocks for day trips to the beach...

'La limpieza es un poco deficiente. El edredón olía a sucio, muy sucio. Mi habitación estaba en planta calle y no podía abrir la ventana porque me veía todo el mundo. A nivel de tranquilidad el sitio era bueno y la localización también estaba bien. Lo peor la limpieza, que luego ponían un ambientador para que oliera bien que sin airear mucho la habitación no me gustaba nada y mi habitación en concreto.'

'Todo ha sido perfecto, el personal de recepción es muy amable, te ayuda en todo y siempre con una sonrisa. El desayuno es muy completo y está todo muy bueno. 'A beautiful, very comfortable boutique hotel right in the centre of Alaior. We had a room with a terrace with a lovely view over the rooftops. The decoration throughout the house is tasteful and stylish. As we stayed in February it was very quiet and a really delicious breakfast was served by the owner.
