'Casa do Beiral was wonderful, and felt like you were sleeping in the treetops. Breakfast was full service and amazing, best enjoyed at the private outdoor patio area. The pool and games room were nicely appointed and the views from the entire property were stellar. Beatriz is also amazing, rapid fire communication, full of initiative and attentive to our questions and requests. We can't recommend Peso Village enough!'

'Wij waren hier een weekje met onze oudere kinderen, en hebben genoten van het huis. Het is net of je in het huis van vrienden verblijft. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, prettig zwembad, keukengereedschap, inclusief afwasmachine en heerlijke wijn (€6 per fles). Het was warm overdag, maar het huis blijft koel. Er is geen wifi, wat op zicht geen probleem is, want er is goed bereik met de telefoon, maar dat heeft bij ons wel veel data gekost. (zorg voor wat extra GBs, als dat relevant...

'La verdad es que nos sentimos engañados. Te publicitan una casa de 150 m2, con tres dormitorios y dos baños y la realidad es q son dos casas independientes (una arriba, otra abajo) teniendo q separar asi al grupo familiar y aun por encima sin alquiler integro porque habia otra persona en la casa del medio. Te ofrecen lavadora y secadora y al llegar solo nos dicen q no funciona (sin ni siquiera estar allí). Por otro lado, el jardín está muy bien de día porque de noche no tiene ni luz. Las fotos...

'We had a super stay at the poolhouse. Very comfortable house with all you could be needing and more. On arrival the table was set with fresh bread, cheese, wine and pastel de nata of course. The kitchen is well fitted and lots of things are available in the fridge and cuboards. Fresh eggs and bread available every day. Many thanks to Virginia who was a super host, we felt very welcome.'

'The views from this place of the mountains were spectacular. Very quiet and peaceful. The above ground pool was welcome in the heat wave. Large fridge was handy. Lots of fruit trees in the yard and no mosquitoes in August! The neighbourhood is very traditional, including very narrow roads with stone walls on the way in. If you have a large car, you'll have to pull the mirrors in and hope you don't meet another car. There is a good pizza shop within walking distance and a beautiful bar that...

'This place deserves awards for how special it is! My husband and I booked Casa Do Monte for our wedding venue in 2024. We booked it about 9 months in advance and during that time, the owner, Marcus, met with us to discuss logistics and make sure everything related to our wedding was as perfect as possible. His help was never advertised or expected but he is an incredible person who helped make our wedding into the perfect day. We had about 22 guests stay in the house over a 4 day period....
