ROAD ACCESS
The road leading up to the cabin is a gravel road with a two switchbacks (turns) along the way. Gravel roads are very common for cabins that are located high in the mountainous regions. Once you get to the cabin, the view is worth the drive!
As we do not know the driving experience and comfort level of our guests on hilly roads, we highly recommend bringing an All Wheel Drive(AWD) or a 4WD. Guests and our cleaning crew drive up comfortably using their 2WD vehicles as well with experience! During snow/ice/heavy rains, an AWD/4WD is required. We have ample parking space at the bottom of the hill on our property for guests who are not comfortable driving on hilly roads or if their vehicle is not capable enough.

Living Room
The living room is designed to bring everyone together with classic cabin decor, and has two 3-seater and one 2-seater couch in front of the flat-screen TV.
The stone fireplace is a focal point of the room and adds a warm glow to the space on cool evenings. The living room is surrounded by windows and gets a lot of sunshine in the afternoons.
Dining Table
To comfortably seat 10. Additional 4-seater Breakfast nook is available. 4-Seater Island seating is available.
Bedrooms
Primary Suite (Bedroom 1) : King Bed with Flat screen TV + Roku . Sitting area has Chaise & Love Seat with a Fireplace. Master Closet is huge with ample space.
Bedroom 2 with King Bed, walk-in closet with hangars, mirror and Smart TV with Roku - Wake up to this Magnificent Mountain Views!
Bedroom 3 with Queen Bed, Personal Closet with Storage, Luggage Rack, Smart TV with Roku, Full-length Mirror.
Bedroom 4 (in the lower level) with King Bed. The Stunning Mountain view will be your wake up call! This Bedroom has its own Smart TV with Roku , mirror, luggage rack and closet with hangars.
Bedroom 5 (in the lower level) is designed for the youngest travelers and has 4 Full Bunks. The Smart TV with Roku will keep them entertained on a rainy day! This room has a closet too with hangars.

Curtains:
All of the rooms have light-filtering curtains. We have not put light blocking curtain (requests from previous guests as they wanted to see the the Mountain view), please bring eye masks if light is bothersome in the morning.
Bathrooms: If you’re a large group on vacation together, having access to multiple bathrooms is important. The 4 bathrooms spread throughout the home make it easy for guests on every level to unwind from a busy day. The bathrooms feature tub/shower combos, expansive vanities with ample storage, and high-quality towels.

Beautiful lit cozy screened deck attached to the Master Bedroom - Sit and Enjoy the View ! We have added a beautiful Chaise Lounge Chair Swing w/Built-in Pillow for you to enjoy.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is stocked with everything you may need. This includes coffee makers, Instapot, blender, toaster, oven, cook top, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, pots/pans, strainer, dishes, glasses, utensils, wine glass, silver ware, bakeware, stockpot, separate utensils for kids.
The open-concept layout allows multiple guests to use the space without feeling cramped or crowded.
Gourmet Coffee Bar:
Fully stocked Coffee Lover's Coffee Bar with a Keurig, regular Coffee Maker and an Espresso Machine. We also provide Ground Coffee, Coffee Beans, Tea Bags and K-Cups. Also at the Coffee Bar, we have a French Press, Milk Frother, Bean Grinder and Electric Kettle.
Starter Pack:
We provide a starter pack consisting of dishwasher tabs, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and a kitchen sponge. Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash is also provided in every bathroom.
HotTub:
The hot tub is for guests 25 and over only. Minors (under 18) may use the hot tub ONLY under DIRECT adult supervision. Glass containers and alcohol are not allowed in the hot tub. Please do not use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or if you are pregnant. Using the hot tub is AT YOUR OWN RISK!
Please do not add soaps, detergents, bath bombs, lotions, or any other substances to the hot tub. If any of these are found, a $300 fee will be charged for draining, cleaning, and refilling the tub.
Deck Railing:
Do not climb on, or lean over deck railings, serious injury could result from a fall.
Outdoor Space:
Big groups need a lot of space to spread out, and this luxury cabin offers both indoor and outdoor lounge areas so everyone can relax in comfort. After a day of hiking and exploring, swing away in the swings front of the outdoor fireplace and take in the natural beauty. Families can sit out here, chat, roast marshmallows and play games surrounded by mountains.
Lower Level is equipped to handle the whole family's fun times - Pacman. FoosBall, AirHockey, Swing & Ring, Poker Den. Also, we have a Smart TV with Roku.
Outdoor Grill:
Outdoor propane grill is provided for guest use.
Bear Safe Trash Containers
Any trash that is removed from the cabin must be placed in the bear safe trash containers near the front entrance. All trash must be bagged. Make sure the containers are properly secured. Do not leave coolers or any food item outside the cabin.
Laundry
Washer and dryer is located in the main floor with ample space to store laundry. The cabin has 3 irons and there is iron board available near the Laundry station.
Dog friendly retreat - We do allow pets and request you to reach out to Host before booking.
Unless host is notified and has permitted during or prior to booking - No personal pets allowed. If you are found to bring in a pet, there will be a fine of $500.
$55 Pet fee per pet per night (please notify host before or during booking if bringing in your fur baby).
If you have a service animal, please get in touch with us BEFORE booking. We will make every effort to accommodate SAs as per the ADA.
NO LIGHT POLLUTION
Enjoy stargazing under the pristine clear night sky!
There are exterior security cameras in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras you will be asked to leave the property immediately. This is for your protection!
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire cabin and all of the amenities. Your check-in will be touchless utilizing Smart Locks to access.
This luxurious cabin sits on its own land with NO homeowner on-premise to disturb you or your privacy. NO shared yards, patios, or other areas! Guest will have access to the entire property.
Other things to note
You will enjoy breathtaking unobstructed mountain views in the privacy of 26 acre at 3000 ft elevation!
There is wildlife in the area like deers, ground hogs, raccoons, and occasional bears. You can see and hear critters. Please do not feed the wildlife.
