'The staff was friendly and atttentive. Courtesy drivers were readily available to take you to different parts of the resort, which is spread out across the island. There is a coral reef right off the beach which was great for snorkeling (snorkel gear was included). Kayaks are also included. Parts of the resort are aging and in various levels disrepair, from loose fixtures, crumbling stone steps or doors that don't close properly. The food was fine. Gostamos de algumas comodidades como as toalhas de praia, o transfer de ida e volta para o aeroporto (pagamento a parte) e o bar da piscina. 'Had a fine stay. Location is absolutely great but rooms were still under construction, lots of ladyboys and they have loud karaoke every night. However it is clean, has 2 pools and service is really great.'

'The room was very clean, modern and comfortable. The swimming pool area is nice, spacious and clean. The location is fine, not very far away from the city, easy to catch a tricycle, which is very cheap (30 pesos per person). The staff was unhelpful and didn't know many things we asked. In case of sickness, you won't get any help, doctor is not available, the ambulance is also not coming to the hotel. The wifi was not working anywhere in the hotel. 'Leuk opgezet resort met prima huisjes. Wij zaten wel hoog en dat betekent een flinke trap met onhandig grote treden. Personeel doet er alles aan om je tevreden te stellen. Ivm harde wind sloegen wij tijdens een tour het snorkelen over. Alle 5 de passagiers kregen keurig wat geld terug.'

'I stayed 2 nights in the weekend and I really enjoyed the very friendly and professional staff, beautiful rooms and the hotel in general. Breakfast was splendid and also a la carte for dinner is a great place. It is an amazing place from where you can easily can explore the island. Very accommodating, perfect service and most staff know your name and room number in a few hours after arrival. Very personal and feeling made at home.'
