Las camas estaban sucias y con sangre que se vieron al día siguiente ya que como comenté a la llegada no había energía eléctrica. 'Beautiful property I had the deluxe suite which they also call the master suite. It had the bedroom and bathroom, huge, living area and dining area, outdoor patio/kitchen, beautiful views of the bay from the bedroom and other areas of the unit. 'This property is beautiful and conveniently located and the staff was incredible and extremely accommodating! The only reason I won’t give it five stars is due to our AC going out twice and our fire alarm low battery going off at 4 AM. For a four night stay, we had issues three of the nights. Otherwise, the rest of the stay was fantastic. '

'We enjoyed our stay with many thanks to Leo, Mary and the young fellow who hoisted my bag up and down the stairs. Our suite was clean and spacious, with a gorgeous view of Playa La Ropa and the fireworks on New Year’s Eve! So close to the beach and so many any excellent restaurants. A short taxi ride into El Centro. We hope to visit again. The convenience store adjoining was great '

'Overall it’s the most naturally beautiful property on La Ropa. Staff are helpful. Only drawback is lack of English of many staff members. Breakfast is great. Dinner is okay not great. Entertainment should do Mexican songs not terrible renditions of American music.'

'Our flight was cancelled and we could not rebook for another two days. This was an excellent stay and a great place to be stranded. Lovely breakfast and close to the beach. I was charmed by the old hacienda feel of the building. There are only five rooms, so it felt very uncrowded. '

'I hope someone at property management sees this and realizes how incredibly valuable a long term amazing staff is to get returning customers. Everyone here was great but the pool staff of David, Eloy, Elvis, and Alfredo are beyond exceptional and the main reason we want to go back. Thank you for taking such good care of us, especially with my mobility issuse. '
