Veuillez noter - nous avons 6 lits (4 lits jumeaux, 1 lit queen, 1 lit king) ainsi qu'un matelas pneumatique complet et deux canapés (ils ne se retirent pas dans les lits.) Nous pouvons dormir 10 confortablement et jusqu'à 14 avec une compression serrée!

Une cabine de cadre avec une vue imprenable et à environ 8 miles du centre-ville de BV. Vous avez un accès privé à la propriété au bord de la rivière BLM pour pêcher et à distance de marche du put-in pour le pont de chemin de fer. Salon ouvert et cuisine avec hauts cellings. Cour clôturée pour les chiots et grand patio. Cet endroit est idéal pour une escapade romantique ou un groupe jusqu'à 10 en vacances. Casser la fenêtre de la chambre pendant la nuit et dormir au son de l'eau qui coule dans la propriété.

Cuisine entièrement équipée avec tous les ustensiles de cuisine dont vous avez besoin. Grand réfrigérateur et garde-manger pour ranger vos aliments. Besoin d'une mijoteuse? Pas de problème, nous en avons un pour vous! Si vous avez des invités qui doivent rester loin des escaliers, nous avons deux chambres qui sont au niveau principal et la chambre avec le lit king est à l'étage et une salle de bain attenante. Faites une belle balade à vélo de 8 miles le long d'un chemin de terre et de la rivière qui vous déposera au centre de la rue Main.

Wonderful cabin near Buena Vista
This is a great cabin near the Arkansas river just north of Buena Vista. The cabin has great amenities including a nice back yard including a fire pit and grill. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The living room is spacious with plenty of room to relax. Easy access to the river for all of your recreation needs. I hesitate to oversell it as we plan to return next year!

Colorado Spring Break
The rental was perfect for my family to enjoy a Colorado vacation. We fished for trout, visited the hot springs a short drive away outside Buena Vista, and relaxed. The fenced yard was great for our dog, and the location of the property was ideal for us - far enough away from town for quiet and solitude yet close enough for convenience. The only mishap was that the coffee maker stopped working on the second day, but the owner responded immediately to the issue and it was resolved with a new replacement. Great overall experience!!!

40th Birthday Spring Break Getaway
Had a great time and this little cabin was perfect for our stay. Brought our two kids and our dog for spring break and my 30th birthday. Close enough to everything but nice and private. Great river access for a little walk. Lots of comfy throw blankets and everything else we needed. Thanks!

Amazing cabin that catered to furry friends!
What an amazing stay! It’s not often that you find a rental that accepts dogs, let alone caters to them! There were plenty of dog begs for all of our furry companions, lint rollers, and the fenced in yard was such a relief to top it off. The cabin was tastefully decorated, homey, and the perfect place for our family to land after a long day of snowmobiling. Extra stars for having a driveway to accommodate trailers for all of your toys! Bob and Lianne were so accommodative of our early and late departure which was another huge relief. A highly recommended stay for sure!

A relaxing mountain oasis
Loved the location of this property as it was just outside Buena Vista and quiet with the rush of the river noise in the background, yet still a quick drive to town whenever we needed something. This home away from home allowed us to play hard during the day in the mountains and come home and relax and make dinner at night. We ate every meal outside on the patio - it was breathtaking. We will definitely stay here again for our annual summer trip!

Not ideal in Wintet
You have a nice home perfect for a family. Unfortunately, It is not an ideal VRBO in the Winter because the home did not warm up in the common space to stay comfortable. We needed to wear coats and beanies to stay warmer. The bedrooms did however stay warm with the space heaters which made it cozy. I am not sure if you were aware, but mice are in your home. We saw one run into the kitchen closet. And mouse droppings were by the dog bowl. So, it was a bit unsettling knowing there were unwanted visitors. It wasn’t an ideal situation for a stay.

Perfect Getaway!
This cabin was perfect for our family vacation! Sits just out of town with access to the Arkansas River just down the trail as well as the town and mountain trails near by. Has a creek running past so sitting outside listening to the water and piece and quiet and seeing a few deer pass by was so relaxing! Would definitely book this property again for future vacations!

A Great Week
We just spent a wonderful week in the Blue Cabin. I absolutely loved the walk to the river. The cabin was very clean and well equipped. The drive into town was easy and the scenic way is was beautiful. The only thing that would've made the stay better is if we could have done a load of laundry while there.

Lovely Cabin near the river!
The cabin was lovely! It was in easy walking distance to the river via BLM land. Made for wonderful evening walks after dinner. My one and only complaint was my own fault. I remember reading that the listing was dog friendly. I didn’t think about how that would translate to dog bowls(clean!) in a couple of corners and some dog hair finding it’s way out of the carpet as our stay was about a week. It did not smell, and was clean and comfortable! I will be more careful next time when booking. We appreciated how quiet it was, and the sound of water flowing in a channel directly behind the cabin.

We spent a week in January. The gas fireplace provided adequate heating of the house. The best features: quiet location with open secluded area with trails towards Arkansas river in the north, fenced backyard for dogs to play safely, not too far from Main street, plenty of space in the house.

Winter Wonderland
We had a comfortable and relaxing stay at the Blue Cabin. It was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. As pet owners, this place was extremely pet friendly. There was a fully fenced back yard, pet beds for our dogs, and even a pet gate to keep them from going upstairs which was a nice touch. Plenty of room for us 4 adults and 1 child. Over our stay, it snowed quite a bit. Come prepared with a 4 wheel drive vehicle if you visit over the winter! Thanks for having us!

Relaxing Thanksgiving holiday. The kitchen was equipped with all one could need to cook multi course meals, and then some. In fact, one crock pot wasn't not working, but had another crock pot. Good location for families. Master bath had jetted tub with hand held shower and the amount of light (south facing) was enjoyable. Windows could use washing, but lovely mountain open air space. Property owners were responsive, location was precisely as described (about 10 minutes north of BV) and we will stay again.

The house is lovely and comfortable, the views were beautiful and the location was just outside of Buena Vista. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was nice as well. The patio doors and furniture needed some TLC as well as the master bathtub. Overall, I would stay here again!
