Positief: Netheid, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
The external architecture of the building is gorgeous, and the interior seemd recently renovated. The cleanliness and some other points can be definitely improved; corners were dusty, the wooden floor presented usage marks, curtains were wrinkled, cabinet in the bathroom was damaged inside and the mirror extension stand was quite weak and unstable. The amenities were not refurnished during 5 nights stay. The room was rearranged and the towels were changed daily, even if the services have not been requested. I must say that it was pleasant to find the room rearranged after a long day of meetings.
The decoration of the restaurant is gorgeous (if old pink is your favorite color). Don't miss the vieuw from the terrace!
Unfortunately, the staff of the restaurant is lacking professionalism; they are not customer or services orientated. If aproached, a kind reply was given. For the rest, it seemed they were trying to avoid any contact with customers.
The location is great, very close to hot spots.
