It has one full size bedroom with dresser and closet, one full size bedroom with a small vanity area, one full size bedroom with a daybed and work area, a full sized washer and dryer & two flat screen TV's. We have lots of books, board games and a full size ping pong table to keep you entertained the old fashioned way. You can also enjoy a quiet evening in our fenced in backyard complete w brick patio and fire pit / chimenea.. Your furry friends are welcome here.
Need to work remotely? No worries, we have two desks as well as wifi and a desk chair. In addition to the dining table, which seats four-six people, there is a 4 person breakfast nook to enjoy a morning coffee with a great view of the backyard.
Our bungalow is located less than five minutes from the Texas A&M campus and is located near many shops and restaurants. We are right off of Texas Ave. between Texas A&M Campus and Historic Downtown Bryan. We are also within minutes of St. Joseph Regional Hospital, Texas A&M Veterinary Clinic, Brazos Valley Bombers field, Texas A&M Fire School, George Bush Library & Messina Hof Winery.
