'Making loud love neighbors '

'Zeer goed: bed, wifi, airco, douche 24/7 gratis koffie en thee. Matig ontbijt met soms plastic bestek en geen kaas en vleeswaren. Koffieautomaat wilde sommige producten niet schenken. Omgeving nl Bronx zuid: voelt onveilig. vooral als het donker is, vieze straten, junks, bedelaars, schreeuwers, harde muziek.'

'the property is in a good location, busses, metro and restaurants are less than 3 minutes away. Staff is very nice, I loved it. but keep in mind this is in the BX, if you want a quiet, gentrified neighborhood, this is not it.'

'The hotel is very clean and the service is good. Christina behind the counter helped me very friendly. In the weekend people from the neighbourhood are celebrating in the lobby with loud music. It feels strange when you enter but it's only in the weekend and in the room you won't hear anything. I think it's nice that the hotel offers local people this opportunity. You will feel save in the hotel and the subway is nearby. Our room was nice and clean.'

'Leslie (frond desk) and the manager (I believe his name was Sandy) saved the day. The first night there were other guests that were extremely loud and smoking throughout the night. The next morning we were ready to switch hotels, but they both quickly asked what they could do to make it right, and got us a new room on a different floor. They worked hard to "make it right", and because of their attitudes and quick responsiveness, I would stay here again and recommend it others. '

'Het is in de Bronx, maar net over het water en de plek was daarmee prima. Kamer en bedden ook prima, we hebben goed geslapen. Het ontbijt was minder met zoete wafels of een vette omelet met kaas er in [of een hamburger!] op toastbrood, maar ja , we zijn anders gewend in Europa....'
