Perfect Location
The wife had a week of “must do’s” in Branson and this house was perfect for it! We were a short drive for everything we wanted to do but located away from the busy streets and noise.

We first arrived at our rental and immediately the neighbor started blasting vulgar music. We called the management number and reported this. We went through every step required by the manager including a police report. They then sent us to a different house on the lake. It was amazing. Great customer service!!!!

Mothers 85 birthday vacation
It was a great trip! The home was close to all the major attractions. And we appreciated every room having a bathroom. The stairs were a little tough for our parents, but we were able to put a coffee pot downstairs for them. We will consider this home for our next stay.

The house and location was perfect for our family of 7 adults and one kid. While it would’ve been great to have one extra queen or king bed vs the bunk beds, we made it work. Location made it easy for our group to walk to the Landing at different times throughout the weekend, but also very close to other activities

Great Location!
We had 10 in our group for a family girls weekend. It was a great location for being able to do everything we wanted. Location was very clean. Easy check in process. The drive is steeper than it looks in the pictures.

A Great Fall Retreat
A great stay and perfect for up to 8 or so people including kids. Also no more than 10 minutes from anything and everything in the area. We enjoyed our evening walks to the Branson landing - which is the nicest place for evening activities. Thanks!

Wonderful short stay
We had a great time. Being close to downtown and close to Rt 65 was nice. 5 minute walk to Dick’s 5 and 10 was handy. Everything was easy to get to from our location. The house worked well for our group of 6. We will stay here again!

Great value for the size and location
Everything was great, except for the loud neighbors They were basting Bluegrass at top volume starting at 7am every morning from their patio facing our bedroom. They also had obnoxious LBTGQ and political flags facing the Patio and hot tub. May be they have an issue with the vacation rental next door. Not sure but its not my problem. The house was clean and had plenty of rooms and bath rooms for everyone.

Great location !
We had an awesome time in Branson Missouri. The location of the property was in a great location for walking, however the home itself was designed weird. We wasn’t expecting beds in the living room or common space as soon as you open the front door. The carpet as you go up the stairs could have been cleaned. The covers on my bed had to be washed, as soon as I arrived ,because of the odor on them. Please take care of these issues for the next guest.

Girl's weekend
Third Street Retreat was perfect! It was close to the Landing with easy access to the main boulevard. The house was well stocked and having the individual spaces was great. The owners communicated frequently and we felt completely welcome. We travel to Branson often and would definitely book this property again.

Christmas Getaway
We like to get away over Christmas and make memories with family. This house was perfect for our group of 11. The rooms are plenty spacious to accommodate couples & pairs of children. We didn't ever feel like we were crammed into the space. We really enjoyed the cleanliness and upkeep of the house. We do a lot of cooking while on these trips and found the kitchen to be perfect for that. We did need to grab disposable pans but there was enough to cover most meals. The oven, fridge, and dishwasher were all great sizes and worked wonderfully. There were two coffee makers there that were great. The location to downtown Branson Landing was PERFECT! We thoroughly enjoyed the location. The Hot tub was so fantastic to unwind in the cold weather. It was our favorite. We were told originally there was not going to be a Christmas tree during booking, to our surprise there was one at the house. When contacting management, communication was wonderful, and they helped where we needed it. I highly recommend this location.

Property was centrally located to all activities. It was clean and had plenty of supplies to get us started. It is a 4 bedroom; however, one bedroom is obviously for children as it only contains bunk beds. There is an extra set of bunks in the downstairs living area. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is very nice. We had a great time and will be back.

Excellent location!
We’ve been to a Branson what feels like a million times. This location and stay was perfection! It is walking distance to The Landing but not for a crazy price. Super cute, super updated, lots of space for the kids to play! Hot tub is an added bonus!
