PLAYA ESMERALDA INN on beautiful Anna Maria Island a charming Bungalow 20 steps to the beach. This one-bedroom unit is nicely decorated with a island vibe. Unit has a well-equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, toaster and all utensils. air conditioning, heat and ceiling fans, a queen size bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room, accommodating up to four guests. The unit has an open floor plan with privacy wall with no door on the bedroom.

PLAYA ESMERALDA INN on Anna Maria Island is on Gulf Drive South with the Gulf beach 20 steps away. Historic Bridge Street, with quaint shops, restaurants, bars and the Pier, which often features festivals, farmer's markets and many special events, is a short one and a half block walk. There is a free shuttle that travels most of Anna Maria Island, making it very convenient. The location of PLAYA ESMERALDA is simply amazing. You are a short walk from the beach, spectacular sunsets, great restaurants, bars and shops. So whether you come for a week or even just a few days, come enjoy wonderful Island Living on Anna Maria Island in the heart of it all.

PLAYA ESMERALDA INN is located right by bridge street with multiple restaurants, boat rental, mini golf, tiki bars, high end restaurants, grocery store and much more.. everything just walking distance; the beach is right across the street so you don't need a car to move anywhere!!!!

Perfect location
Perfect location. Right across the street from the beach, 1 block from Bridge Street where everything is happening. 1 block from trolley stops. We parked and didn't need to drive anywhere for the rest of our visit. We had a wonderful time and had almost every meal on the water at a different restaurant. The highlight was dinner at sunset on the beach, then a stroll along the beach back to the cottage after dinner. Just wonderful.

Perfect location, had everything we could need and incredibly clean. The only thing that could have been better is the air-conditioning in the bedroom. The fan ran slow and it was a bit hot in the bedroom. But other than that it was great!

Location was perfect! Short walk to the beach, bridge street shops and restaurants. The accommodations are for 2 people and had everything you need. It was nice having a choice of beach chairs and having a cooler provided.

The exterior of the property was very tidy and well kept. We were pleased to see the nice patio set and beach chairs and umbrella were provided. The inside of the property was a bit musty smelling but that cleared up with an open door. The inside of the unit was a little beat up, the baseboards were very dinged up and the bathroom wall was rough. That being said for what we paid I think the property was nice and the service was great. I spoke with one of the owners while passing and let him know the fold up style closed/towel hanger/dryer was broken and he went to the store and purchased a new one on the spot, built it and delivered. Also my wife misplaced her air pods and the owner sent the manager over to check immediately and even wen so far as to try to blue tooth to it to locate it. Again the service was superb.

My husband and I had a great time! The bed was comfy and it had everything we needed. I was also able to talk to someone the night we arrived about parking so they responded quickly. The only thing that slightly worried my husband and I was the fact that as soon as we arrived we noticed that the toilet was constantly running.

Loved the location!
Unit is very small and was okay for our 3 day stay. Disappointed it wasn’t cleaner. Floor and walls were dirty. When we mentioned to owners they sent someone next day to mop floors. Couldn’t get hot water to work in kitchen. Had to wash dishes in cold water. Euw! Very limited utensils. Tried to cut a lemon with one of knives. I couldn’t force it thru. Loved the location and ease of beach access. Beautiful area!

Perfect little spot!
We enjoyed our stay very much! I only have a couple downsides, not negatives. You are able to cook, but the stove needs a little help. The burners don’t fit, so pots are tilted and we had to keep tapping them to make them work(we used to have an electric stove and were used to this though). The bathroom is tiny, but that is as stated in description(but it was perfectly fine). The shower curtain rod doesn’t fit right plus it’s bent in the middle, so don’t throw your towel over it. The toilet does move a little and the lid is very loose, but everything works. But for the positives, it is a precious little rental attached to several others. And the beach is literally just across the street, and it’s gorgeous. Bridge street is only a block or so away and has lots of places to eat and some cute little shops. If you drive, definitely take a ride down to Bean Point, the very top of the island. Don’t let any bad reviews turn you away from this rental though. Especially for the price it is so worth it!

Very, very cute place. It had an adequate kitchen. TV was great and plenty of towels and equipment for the beach. The path to the beach was directly across the street. Since the house was right on the street, the ocean was literally 100 - 200 yards away! Great front patio to sit on. Restaurants and amenities only two or three blocks away. The bathroom was a little small and my friend almost fell because she forgot about the step down coming out of the bathroom. The traffic outside is bumper to bumper a lot of times making it difficult to back your car out. But that does not detract from the charm and convenience of this cottage.
