BORACAY LANDMARKS
★ During Amihan season, the Water Activities jump-off point is a 5-minute walk away. However, during Habagat season, the water activities are on the other side of Boracay, and a 5-minute e-trike ride is required to get to them.
★ D Mall is about a 20-minute walk from the apartment. If you prefer not to walk, E-Trikes and Habal Habal are available for rides that take less than 5 minutes.
★ Cagban Port is only 8 minutes away.
GOOD TO KNOW
★ CLEANING: Housekeeping services are available for PHP1,000/clean. This includes changing a new set of sheets and towels.
★ LAUNDRY: If you need to have your clothes laundered, my housekeeper can help you bring them to the nearest laundry shop. Please note that we don't have any control over how long it will take to wash your clothes, as it usually takes 12-24 hours depending on how busy the laundry shop is.
HOUSE RULES PLEASE READ!
I hate to be a total buzz kill, but yes, we do have to highlight the rules. I’m gonna seem like a huge legal nerd so get ready.
These rules are listed to ensure you have an awesome stay while also respecting the building/property owner's rules and not disturbing your fellow neighbors. I wouldn’t want to pass on any additional costs to you, so please take a quick moment to make sure these rules are ones that you can follow.
Also, don’t be shy! Go ahead and share these with any guests or travel companions that may be joining you. After all, by booking this property you are agreeing to the rules on behalf of anyone else who will be staying.
House Rules:
- I love a good staycation on the beach. So if you’re a local please be sure to communicate with us before booking!
- There is absolutely no smoking inside or on the property grounds. I mean like NONE. There is a PHP 15,000 smoking fee for each day you’re in the listing smoking when you’re not supposed to be.
- There are no drugs or drug use allowed inside or on the property. If any drugs are found upon checkout, you will be fined PHP 20,000
- NO PARTIES - There is a PHP 20,000 fine for any parties within or on the property.
- Quiet hours are from 9 pm-9 am. You will receive one warning if we are notified of excessive noise, then will be fined PHP 5,000 and/or asked to leave the property without a refund if we must warn you again.
- There cannot be any more than the max # of persons allowed in the listing details in or on the property at any one time. For every extra individual on the property after 10 PM you will be charged PHP2,000.
- You agree to respect and follow all community guidelines listed throughout the property.
- This is NOT a self-check-in property, the caretaker will be meeting you at a specific location to assist you with the check-in.
- As mentioned, there is a CCTV device on the property (outside of the unit). You agree not to tamper with or disable the camera during your stay. If we notice that the camera was moved or disabled, you and your guests will be fined PHP5,000 and/or asked to leave immediately without a refund and are responsible to pay for any damage done to the device. This applies to any smoke detectors, carbon monoxide fixtures, or noise monitoring devices. I get alerts to my phone the moment something is touched.
- Check-out is at 11 am. There’s a PHP 2,000 late checkout fee if it is not authorized. If you or others stay 2 hours past the check-out time without permission, you are responsible to pay that day's base rate without a discount. That doesn’t still award you possession of the property for the day, that is just the fee that will be paid for late checkout. If you want to extend your stay, you still have to formally do so.
- You must return any keys at checkout that were provided to you upon arrival - There’s a PHP1,500 fee to replace keys or other related items such as AC remote if you happen to keep them or misplace them.
- We welcome pets, but only small to medium-sized dogs weighing up to 15kg are allowed. A non-refundable pet fee of PHP 2500 will be charged for each stay. Dogs must be potty trained and are not allowed on the furniture. Any damages caused by the pet will be charged to the guest accordingly.
- If any non-following of these house rules results in us having to refund or discount the next guest, you agree to be responsible to pay it.
- You agree that you are booking in goodwill with your host and that you will not attempt to damage your host's business because you are unhappy with the ruling by the platform or the host in the event that you experience anything dissatisfying in regards to your stay or if you lose resolution.
