This Gorgeous and Bright New Modern Waterfront home is over 6,000 sq. ft. of AC space and has 5 Bedrooms plus a Den/RecRoom, 6 Full baths and 1 half bath! In addition to the very open and grand interior spaces there is also a very large screened in Lanai with pocketing glass sliding doors that open the Lanai to the Living Room/Kitchen areas. The retractable screens on the second floor lanai span the entire area and are operated by remote.

ALL bedrooms are ensuite with their own private attached bathrooms, and have a balcony as well as a smart TV! There are 9 TV's total, one in each bedroom as well as the Game Room, Living Room and 75" TV's on the Lanai and Patio for watching while in the pool/spa. *The ground level game/rec room also has two Queen pullout sofas and a Queen blowup mattress that are NOT included in the sleeping number of 10!* All bedrooms have extra blankets and pillows provided.

This house is located on a Private street and has a very fun covered TIKI hut with a table and carved wood seats that the kids and adults will LOVE! Accessing the house is a breeze for people who can not do stairs since there are no stairs going into the house from the front, back, or garage and once inside the house there is a private ADA Compliant Elevator that goes to all 3 Floors!

Other amenities include an Office, an outdoor grill, a whole house Generator, Heated Private Pool & Spa with large Patio and accessible from outside on all 3 levels, 2 laundry rooms - each with a washer/dryer set, 2nd large master upstairs, a very well stocked Kitchen with plenty of necessities for cooking, and endless Big Water Views to watch the Boats passing by! Great house and host!
Beautiful house on the water. Clean and big. Photos are very accurate. Lots of activities. Pool is great. Host is so responsive. Surrounding area is fine - grocery and restaurants close by. Beach is great. Generally would recommend the big house for a great family gathering. Super quiet too.

Beautiful property away from the chaos of the beach
This home is exactly as it appears in the photos. The setting is tranquil and peaceful and away from the chaos of the beach, though only a mile away if that’s what you want to do. Owner is very responsive and took care of even the smallest issues immediately. Great amenities in the heated pool and kayaks and paddle boards and bikes. Beds were comfortable and the elevator was a must for our elderly guests and they loved being able to join us and go to any level of this home at any time.

Large beautiful home in SW Florida!
We had a great time in this house. The big hits for kids was the pool & pool table! For the adults, bedrooms with bathrooms! A few snafus in the beginning were immediately addressed by owner. Very good, prompt communication! Fun for everyone!

Incredible from start to finish!
We did a family vacation here for spring break and just wow! It comfortably fit couples, grandparents and children. The outdoor lanai was what dreams were made of! We loved spending time out there. We paddle boarded every day and enjoyed bike rides and long afternoons in the pool. As soon as our stay ended, we started to check availability for another vacation in the future! Couldn’t recommend it more!

Amazing House and Views
The description is accurate. The house is very clean and impeccably decorated so didnt feel like a rental. The house is very private as backs along the river and there is an inlet in front. We saw manatees in the inlet a couple times! it is also close to beach, shopping, and there are several great restaurants nearby. The host was great and always available for us. Would definitely stay here again!!

The property was exactly as advertised. Pool and hot tub were great. Elevator worked great and was very convenient just inside from the garage. Setting on the Imperial River was also very nice. We definitely would look to stay here again in the future. Amanda was very helpful and responded to our questions promptly.

Clean, Spacious and Comfortable
This home was perfect for our group of four couples, where we gathered for an extra long weekend to watch the Super Bowl together. The property is spacious, with more than enough room for ample privacy. The laundry on site was helpful. The closets were stocked with bathroom supplies, shampoo, soap, conditioners, bathroom, tissue and paper towels. Extra linens, bath towels, and beach towels were provided. The kitchen has everything needed for home cooking, which we did with ease. Heated pool and hot tub are spacious, with plenty of privacy. This VRBO has everything you need. Even the neighbors were friendly and welcoming! In addition, the location is excellent. The public beach is about a five minute drive away, restaurants and grocery store are about five minutes away as well. Freedom Boat Club is ten minutes away, plenty of rivers and inlets to navigate. Amanda was easy to get a hold of and very responsive. This is a great venue for adults or families looking to spend some relaxing time together, without sacrificing privacy, comfort or amenities. Thank you Amanda for a great stay!

Amazing house! Amazing host!
Our large family spent the Christmas holiday in this wonderful house and had the greatest time! The house is huge, spotless, and has absolutely everything you could possibly want! The heated pool and spa were lovely, the kitchen is extremely well stocked, there is a pool table, ping pong table, bikes, beach equipment, baby equipment - the list goes on! On top of all that, the host, Amanda is so helpful and kind. If you are a large group and are looking to stay in Bonita Springs, look no further - this is the place!!! Thanks for a wonderful time!!!

Bonita birthday and family reunion
Property is tremendous. Located ate the end of street with canal on one side and Imperial River on the other - quiet with great views all around. With five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, plenty of room for extended family to gather without being on top of each other. Gorgeous pool; terrific, well-equipped kitchen and tons of games, water toys, etc. Amanda is super-responsive. I’d come back to this oasis in a minute!

Fabulous rental
The home is terrific. Water views from everywhere. Rooms are gracious in size and comfortably decorated. No sign of hurricane damage. Whatever happened got fixed and all is back in full operation. The owners are easy to work with and responsive to concerns. If you want to go to Bonita Springs, I don’t think you could find a better place to stay.

Book This House!
If you’ve seen the photos on VRBO then you know they looked Photoshopped. They are not. This house is exactly what it appears to be, and what the description says it is. If anything, it underestimates how great this house really is. On check in, which was simple and secure, the first thing we noticed was how good the house smelled. It was fresh, invigorating, and led us to note how immaculately clean the house was, both inside and outside. (Note to owner: don’t lose this housekeeping crew!) The kitchen is a joy to use, the bedrooms and bathrooms feel like home from the first night. The pool is a delight, and the Adirondack chairs aligned on the riverbank are the perfect place to enjoy the morning’s first coffee and the evening’s last rays of the sun. We were regularly visited by friendly dolphins, quiet manatee and passing turtles. Heck, we even got a blast from Hulk Hogan’s boat horn as he passed us twice while skippering his fishing boat “Hulk’s Hooker.” The supplies of towels, toiletries and food and spice staples is the best we’ve ever seen, as is the cookware and implements supply. On top of it all, you have property management that is always there to answer questions, but never intrusive. We will book this gem again!

Fabulous
Our family of nine spent a wonderful nine days at this sensational property. It is Large and well designed on Three levels with everybody having their own space as well as having lovely areas to congregate as a group. The elevator was so helpful to my husband who has some issues climbing stairs but it was also great to be able to just put the luggage or groceries into the elevator to go to the second and third floors. There were water views from every room. Being surrounded by water the children and grandchildren took advantage of the kayaks and paddleboard that were provided. Booking the house in July we were concerned about being able to enjoy the outdoor space because of heat and possible insects. We had no problem with either. There was a wonderful screened in lanai where we would congregate for piña colada’s and watch the occasional afternoon storm. On the lower level outside of the game room is a wonderful shaded seating area with a fan poolside that was quite comfortable even during the heat of the day.The location of the property was terrific as well. Just a few minutes from the beach and restaurants. Amanda was very responsive and Immediately took care of the small issues that came up. All in all it was a fabulous vacation Enjoyed by all…the seniors, the children and the grandchildren.

This property absolutely lives up to the pictures! Space for everyone and private saltwater pool - the view is beautiful. Enjoyed using the kayaks on the river. Property manager was terrific, prompt replies to any questions and genuinely interested in us having a great time!

BEST IN BONITA!
Amazing property, with all the amenities. Communication was excellent and location was perfect. Close enough to ride bikes to the beach. Fishing and kayaking is available onsite which everyone enjoyed. A variety of restaurants and activities are within minutes of the home. The pool was a favorite place for all to gather at the end of the day. Excellent choice for a large group or a small family get together. We will be back!

Stunning home!
From booking to departure this was an amazing experience! Amanda is lovely and was very accessible to communicate with before and during our stay! The property was immaculate and beautiful. The floor to ceiling windows were perfect during the day and the easy automatic shades made it dark and peaceful at night. Swimming in the pool or sitting on the veranda with a glass of wine watching boats go by with a glass of wine felt like the perfect anecdote to winter! The property has everything and is so easy to use, it truly felt like home. No clutter at all, everything feels clean and coordinated. Plenty of towels for showers and the pool, beach toys, board games, and even bikes (we did not use them but nice to have the option). We took the owners suite option for our group of 10 and it was definitely nice to have the extra space! Everyone was comfortable. The neighborhood is clean and quiet, great for a walk or jog and an easy drive to the beach. The house instructions sent by Amanda were so thorough and helpful, especially coming in late at night after a long day of travel. Check out was also simple. Just close windows and doors, lock up and leave. Everything about this rental was perfect, the best VRBO we have rented!

Spectacular house with plenty of space for 4 adults and 4 kids. Master suite is ridiculously huge. The pool was a huge hit with the kids, the river with provided kayaks great for mom & dad. just enjoying the view from the lanai was a treat everyday. quick and easy trip to the beaches, plenty of nearby restaurants and grocery. Perfect place to recharge our batteries!
We had a lovely stay for our family spring break. The house is nicely placed at the end of a quiet street, surrounded by water. We enjoyed the pool and watching boats slowly drive past the house all day. Having the elavator meant my mother-in-law could join us for the vacation, which meant a lot to all of us. Our evenings were spent watching movies, outside on the porch, in the warm evening air. Just what we Northerns needed after a long, cold winter. Thank you for sharing your house with us.
