'We come to Asheville a few times a year. We had stayed at a few places before finding the Haywood and had been very happy there until their recent renovations took out their bathtubs. I have nerve conditions that need me to soak my legs. That led me to calling a bunch of places and finding the Windsor and I’m so glad I did. 'The hotel was oke-ish. Rooms are noisy (I had bad luck to have a couple of kids next door), also for traffic noise. Rooms are kind of clean but not perfectly clean. The bed was comfortable though! The building needs some serious maintenance. Breakfast was bad, like so bad I would advice to just do not offer breakfast to the guests. It saves money and a big disappointment..'

'5-star property, facilities and service. What a great surprise - rooms and bathrooms were large and outstanding. Heated floors in bathrooms, fireplaces and multiple flat screens. Taps was a great restaurant and we appreciated the breakfast was included in the price. Parking and location were outstanding. Beautiful and historic property, wonderful people top to bottom!'

'The room wasvery large,especially the bathroom area with two separate sinks which made it convenient for both of us. The room is unique with exposed beams and bare bricks which we liked the looks of.'
