'We spent 2 nights with another couple at the Hydro and loved it! They've updated an iconic property tastefully and kept as many Art Deco features as possible. The staff is excellent. If you're lucky enough to catch the Manager Marcus when he's not busy, he can share some incredibly interest history about the property. He seems to always be on site making sure things are running smoothly. 2 of us had the buffet breakfast which had plenty of choice and was replenished while we were there. Coffee...
