'My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The Post House was absolutely perfect. It was clean and had everything we needed. We were able to walk everywhere in beautiful downtown Blowing Rock. We enjoyed visiting all the shops and dining in several restaurants. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch with a glass of wine. 'My wife, our adult son, and our cocker spaniel stayed here over a weekend. We had an event in Blowing Rock on Saturday and it was super convenient to get in town or to the Blue Ridge Parkway. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed. The Food Lion was minutes away, but we felt like we were in the mountains. It was a bit cold, but we used the outdoor grill and would have enjoyed sitting on the porch during warmer weather. Plenty of seating, a great kitchen table for board games...

'Super comfortable. Discovered we didnt have toaster but a quick mesaage to Emily and we had one that day. Only one minor complaint, the ad says 2 twin beds but it is a twin and rollout trundle which isnt real suitable for aduts in their late 60s. Lol. But one of our group canceled last minute so did'nt even matter. We came fir an annual sports car event and if we dont come next year to stay there, we will highly recommend The Carriage House!'

'Our stay at the Bramble Cottage was great! There’s plenty of room and the kitchen was well stocked. We didn’t have any problems and the communication leading up to our trip and while we were there had very fast response. It’s a cute house with a great view!'

'Our family of 3 had another great stay at this cozy home just a short walk from Main Street. We spent 4 nights in Blowing Rock and really enjoyed the location right off of Main. The home had everything we needed to feel comfortable, cook meals, and entertain ourselves in the evening. If there was one thing I would change it would be the memory foam mattress pads that you tend to sink into after little while a long with a creaky bed frame. The bathroom has been remodeled recently and is nicer...

'This place was perfect for my wife, our dog, and me. The fenced in yard and great location. Right on Sunset Dr, right downtown. The interior was tastefully decorated, very clean, and as advertised. Fairly new appliances and everything was in top working order. We would stay here again on our next visit to Blowing Rock.'

'We loved staying at stairway to heaven. It was perfect for our family of five and two dogs. The kitchen was well stocked, big living room and bonus room downstairs to watch football. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fenced in backyard. It was only a five minute drive to Appalachian mountain. I highly recommend and will definitely come back.'

'We went with some friends and all our kids and had a great time! Only down side - it’s 32 minutes to Sugar Mountain and on a very steep hill so if it’s snowy make sure you have AWD or snow tires!'

'This was a cute place surrounded by trees. It's a bit smaller than pics would indicate but still very suitable especially just for the two of us. It was in a perfect location for us to go to Blowing Rock, apple.picking, see the changing leaves on the Parkway and in to Boone. Enjoyed our time here.'
