'All the staff was kind and attentive. The allowed us to keep our luggage in the utility room before the checkin and after checkout. Room was very clean, spacious and bed was comfortable. 5 stars. '

'We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad overal zo dichtbij ! Vriendelijk personeel ook. Alleen de badkamer is aan vernieuwing toe en de bank is helemaal door gezakt . We hadden gelezen dat het erg gehoorig was en oordoppen meegenomen dus geen last van gehad . We zouden zeker weer gaan en hopenlijk is de bank dan vervangen en de douche gerenoveerd'

'The hotel gave us an upgrade and lots of other goodies. The staff was excellent; very attentive, friendly and competent. The food in the restaurants was very good, as was the service and ambiance. No complaints. Great hotel, but the really spectacular part of the hotel is the beautifully tended gardens.'

'It was a good hotel and people were nice and professional, while I had two issues. First, bed was old and need to be changed. The second issue is about the porter service. They put claim check tabs on my suite cases and they were so sticky that I was not able to remove them from my bags. There are stains on my bags. '

'Prima service. Ze doen wat ze beloven. Tijdig boeken icm een vliegticket zorgt voor een prima prijs/kwaliteitverhouding. Mooie omgeving en gunstig gelegen voor shopping en uitgaan/eten. Parkeren kost 35 dollar per dag, maar de valetservice is uitstekend. Half uurtje rijden naar LAX.'

'Poolparty’s worden dagelijks georganiseerd voor externen waardoor nogal “speciaal publiek” rondloopt in hotel en zelfs het zwembad soms niet toegankelijk is voor de hotelgasten.'
