'Our stay at The Shilla was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Everything about the experience exceeded our expectations.
The rooms were beautiful, clean, and extremely comfortable. The beds and bedding were some of the best weโve experienced while traveling and made it easy to get great rest after long days out. The amenities throughout the hotel were excellent and clearly very well maintained.

'We had a fantastic stay! The hotel staff were very kind, helpfull and respectfull. We had an issue with a small leak in our bathroom and the woman at the reception was so helpfull right away. The only thing we didnโt like so much (but thatโs really it!) was the expensive food, drinks and spa. There are small shops around the corner of the hotel.'

'We booked the Grand Hyatt Incheon for a comfortable night before our flight home, and it was the perfect choice. The location is excellent, just a quick 5-minute cab ride from the airport (we came from Seoul).
The service was friendly and helpful โ attentive without being pushy, and very considerate of personal needs. Since our check-in was a bit later, the bars were already closed, but we tried the main buffet instead. The food selection was extensive and everything we tried was delicious...
