'My husband & I stayed at David's wonderful cottage for a work event I had he helped me at in Franklinville, 62nd Annual Maple Festival. Check-in information given effortlessly, cottage very clean, comfy and well equipped with items to make the stay evenmore enjoyable. Great communication! 'We had the honor to stay in this cozy cabin for a long weekend on the slopes at Holiday Valley! The cabin was within 10 minutes of the resort making it easy to come back to if needed during the day. The cabin was clean and the perfect size for the 10 of us who stayed. It more than met our needs and expectations! The owners kept in touch and made it easy to contact them if needed. We will definitely be coming back! '

'The address was confusing because I assume the owner lived at the address on the listing, but "The Lodge" was about 1/4 of a mile down the road from the house address listed. There was also no cell tower available, so you could only text with the WIFI. However, the Lodge was remote, VERY peaceful and Quiet, large and open and tranquil. It was also away from any kind of traffic or any neighbors.'

'The lobby, room, and hallways were clean and well maintained. The morning breakfast was appreciated. The staff was friendly and helpful, except for the night I checked in. When arrived around midnight, after a seven hour drive, the woman at the front desk had an surly attitude that left a bad taste in my mouth. Otherwise, my stay was very good. '

'The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. The place is showing its age as there were marks on the walls and the grout in the tub area needed repairs. The breakfast was a disappointment as there was no fresh fruit, yoghurt, or milk for cereal and the eggs(?) had no taste and all looked identical, so I'm not sure what they really were. On the plus side, the massage chairs in the lounge were great. The price we paid was high for the amenities and condition.'
