'This was our second stay here and will definitely return. The rooms are so quaint and charming not to mention spotless. Love the old magazines and books in the room. Nice deck with a view of the lake. There are only a few rooms here, maybe 9 or 10. '

Its very secluded so Animals are expected. Ive already rebooked. There was no coffee pot so i brought my own propane coffee pot because that porch was too...

'It is a great location rain or shine. The central living room is undersold online as we have had groups as big as 7 indoors all day due to rain without being on top of each other. Everything you need for your stay is there, and if it isn't Mary is able to help. Really a great little spot to relax and enjoy yourself. '

'Overall this is a great place to stay, heat is a bit weak in the fall. No unit in 3rd floor bedrooms made them a little chilly'

'Gorgeous property! Loved the decor and all the little touches that made it feel like home away from home. Super clean and very comfortable beds. It was a short and easy walk down to the lake and the Dockside Grill which had amazing food. '

'We liked this place so much we’ve already decided to come back. Gorgeous open space LR/DR/Kitchen with a wall of windows onto the lake. Nice deck, a little stretch of beach, and three bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and its own bathroom. Kayaks in the garage, PennYan just minutes away (a cute town with lots to offer). The place has a cozy feel to it. It might be a bit noisy during the season, neighbors are quite close.'
