'Overall the Tanoa is a great hotel, nice staff, clean and tidy with good facilities and amenities.They let themselves down by ridgedly sticting to the rule of no refunds. Because of circumstances beyond our control we had to cancel a booking made through Expedia. Those circumstance caused us to stay at the Tanoa for four days just not the day we had to cancel. No refund or credit towards our extra days of stay. Tanoa tried to say it was Expedia's policy which was not true. Expedia were great...

'Приятный отель в уединенном природном малонаселенном месте на берегу океана. Относительно комфортные бунгало на побережье. Красивое побережье с песочным пляжем. Недалеко кораллы и рыбы. Организуют неплохой завтрак и ужин. Очень дружелюбные и готовые помочь хозяева. Из минусов. Оочень слабый wi-fi (сайты не открываются или очень медленно), самый дохлый из тех отелей Тонги, где я был. Мобильный интернет тоже почти не работает. Хотя сам отель достаточно дорогой среди отелей Тонги.'

'We went to the Royal Sunset with 6 of our Tongan young friends who help us at a humanitarian clinic we work in. We are leaving Tonga and wanted to thank them for all they do. We decided to spend the night at the Royal Sunset. The rooms were filthy. The linens were stained and the rooms were unbearably hot. The pool water was brown.
