'Everything was fine except the wifi is so slow and as bad as no internet connection. And also I booked for a week but they only cleaned the room once. They said I have to pay additional for room service but other hotels aren't like that: they clean everyday. But overall, I had a good stay.'

'The room was very average. The faucet in the bathroom had insufficient water pressure. After taking a shower there was lots of water in the bathroom (curtain was wrongly placed). The lift towards the 4th floor in tower 2 had wrong settings. The lift door was squeezing the last person entering.'

'The hotel’s location is excellent, providing easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Room Comfort: Unfortunately, the comfort level was lacking. Extra pillows are available, but at an additional cost of P20 per pillow per night. Instead of a proper blanket, only a thin sheet of cloth was provided, which left me freezing during the night.'
