'Excellent hotel. Nice pool and sauna and small gym - excellent for Bolivia. Friendly staff and decent breakfast. Only gripe is the coffee machine outside the breakfast restaurant: it isn’t free. This is my second stay there in 2 weeks and they had no indication of that the first time. I saw the second time they put a sign saying it was 20bol.. they only charged me 15bol the week prior.. minor detail.. My go to hotel when I arrive in Santa Cruz.'

'So, the mattress and pillows were not that comfortable, hard. No microwave and the sheets not the size of the bed, smaller. The treatment from the hotel personnel was good. '
