'Wat afgelegen van alles maar zeer rustig. Hadden de Mastersuite geboekt omdat er ook een jacuzzi was, alleen NOOIT geen watm water om hem te vullen. Mochten al blij zijn al we een warme douche kregen. Veel kleine mieren die door de gaatjes van gesloten vensyer in de badkamer en slaapkamer konden'

'The 2 bedroom with kitchen was nice and clean.. The beds where good and the shower had nice warm water (not always as good in costa rica). Breakfast was good and staff very helpfull and friendly. Room a bit noisy due to people walking so close to the window but this was only in the living room not the bedrooms. Location is good, not downtown but close enough to be there in a few. This hotel is a goid place to start or end your holiday in beautiful Costa Rica!'

'Very safe, secure and centrally located, walking distance to restaurants, museums, theaters, shopping, etc.. No visitors allowed was the only issue I had, so sure you understand this part. Other than that, 24 hr security lets you in safely without any riff-rafts intruding'

'Great location. Loved the pool. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Denis was great.'

'We had plenty of space for 4 guys. We spent most of our time in living room or balcony. The sound of the fountain and architecture of the house made it peaceful. You have the full view of the city. The staff were helpful and communicative over WhatsApp. We asked for messages and coordinated with professionals familiar with house. There’s a bit of travel to and from San Jose or sure but it’s worth it. Always tell driver to follow the signs and the street has white stones lining the roadway....

'I made a reservation, and when the date came by, I contact them via text to receive check-in instructions, and they told me they did not had rooms for me. I ask for a refund, and they ghosted me. I highly suggest looking for other places'

'I would suggest that communication about location include the name of the building and the section of the city, i.e., Latitud Yoses, San Pedro, San José. That would have made my getting here MUCH easier than simply Calle 35, San José. Since Call35 is only a block and a half long, locals cannot even tell you where it is. More detail would have been much more helpful.'

'The Condo was comfortable, but the water in the sinks wouldn't get hot, even though the shower got hot quickly and had to be turned down low. the only other issue was with the microwave. It took us 2 days before the owner of the condo showed us how to use the microwave and even then, it didn't operate well enough to be able to control the temperature (everything had to be cooked on high), something I rarely do.'

'The start of my stay was very upsetting with a rude security guard who is obsessed with reverse parking. I could speak a reasonable amount of Spanish but my parents can not - he was so mean and angry they did not understand - I was translating to ensure they parked in a way he was happy with. I reported it to the owner but it didn’t seem like the issue was dealt with. The owner seemed detached from the property and slower to communicate than other owners.The actual apartment is really nice. TVs...
