'It was old and the promised view over the lake was just a small spot. The pool was also far from what was mentioned on the pictures. Breakfast was not good for a 4-star mentioned hotel. It was more a hostel. Rooms were clean.'

El día de nuestro check out estábamos dejando olvidados algunos artículos en el clóset y nos sorprendió gratamente que ella los hubiera entregado en la recepción y a nuestro regreso por las maletas nos notificaron. 'Great view and comfortable room. Breakfast was excellent. However, the whole point of staying at a spa was to access massage services. Unfortunately, they were fully booked during my entire stay. I ended up having to get massage services away from the hotel, which was more affordable and probably better in the end, but it was inconvenient for me. The pool area also had weird hours, and would have been more accessible and convenient if it would have opened before 10am. '

'The Hosteria Nordico Lake has a magnific view on the Nahuel Huapi Lake and it is close to Bariloche downtown. Staff was amazing helping me and my mother with baggage and other stuff. Always very helpful! The rooms need some upgrade and carpets downstairs need to be cleaned. This hosteria can be challenging for seniors, we had stairs (no elevator) to go to our bedroom and some degree of difficulty, even inside the bedroom where there is a step hard to see. 'Communication was lacking No information came the day before as they said so not easy to be at the door and no information how to get in Hot water was not working in the bathroom sink and water adjustments in the shower and Bidet were very tricky Wifi was hit and miss it worked for only the first day No service so toilet paper was short and towels should have been changed we stayed three days and garbage piled up'
