'Great staff and very good property. Good was okay. Breakfast good. Ate at Banyan tree two nights. I recommend The Cove. Very good. Staff at Casia are great. Disappointed Jet Ski and ATV not available. Paintball was great fun. Overall would give the holiday a solid 8/10. Fantastic Beach. Windy in January. '

'We arrive early from the ferry and no one was speaking English in our tower. Rafa was receptionist in tower 1 and was Amazing helping us move in. She explain the deposit issue and the wait for our move in. She found us a guide Lonbam and made our trip excellent. Later on akbar in tower 2 was also helpful and spoke great english'

'Back again in this vibrant city of Batam. Well well well.. Another new spot with excellent location for shoppers. Located next to Batam Grand Mall. It is not visible from the main road though. Overall staff was great! Greated with smiles. From the security, receptionist and the rest of the staff. Speaks english very well. Im impressed. Good for international traveller. 'The staff from the driver to the reception were phenomenal! It was not highly rated because it is an older villa, but for the price compared to other villas it is exceptional! Our driver Iskandar took us for lunch at a local place that was good and cheap. The reception offered to purchase belinjo chips for us at the market so we don't have to pay tourist prices. the property is close to Lagoi beach where there are cheaper local restaurants and cafes. 'Apartment and bedding are very nice. So is the gym. Near American fastfood, but otherwise pretty isolated. Company was responsive. Internet went down frequently. Plenty of hot water, good refrigerator and air con. No bugs. '
